The reels are smooth out of the box. They hit all the right points i.e. sealed bearings, drag, folding handle- real plus, design, price, and looks. Although haven’t had them on the ice yet, but will soon. Biggest drawback made in China.

Bought three Icx carbon inline reels. Shipping was fast and packaging was excellent. The reels feel very smooth and are easily tuned. Only thing I would change about them, is the free fall lever. Pretty easy just to modify it yourself and will probablybe modified in the near future.

The quality of the products I ordered were outstanding and a good value. Down side was that they didn't have the exact size and color that I wanted, so only 4 stars

Piscifun is excellent to work with. I have found their products outstanding in quality and performance. I have purchased Torrent/Serpent rods, Torrent/Phantom/Viper reels, tackle, bags, etc. Communications are quick and responsive to any issues that occur. I will continue to purchase and use Piscifun products because they have earned my trust. Thanks to Piscifun!
