PIRALReviews of piral.com

The customer service is impressive!! They respond in a very timely manner and they are very kind. The jeans are of SUPER high quality. I am sooooo excited to have found this brand and can’t wait to buy more of their products!

This online website is a joke? I paid £17 to receive these poor quality jeans that are too big because the size guide is completely wrong! Now I have to pay £17 postage to return, they charge $10 fee, and a £13 custom fee?!?! I’m going to receive approximately 50% what I paid. It’s my mistake, I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. I did think about paying a seamstress to adjust them and finish the buttonholes neatly but that would cost me £25 on top of total cost. There’s nothing in the return policy that states I pay duty when returning goods…and on investigation this is illegal! They told me this was imposed by UK government, but there’s no uk legislation that states I pay duty to return unwanted goods. It’s a scam to deter returns! Save your money! The quality is crap.

Absolutely amazing experience with customer service regarding a Small issue I had. The team was incredibly accommodating and didn’t hesitate for a second to provide top-tier customer service. You can really tell they care about their customers. Their pieces are not only stylish but also make you feel confident and put-together like a million bucks! I’ll definitely be shopping here again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and great service.

I purchased these jeans and the sizing is completely inconsistent. I own five pairs of Piral jeans in sizes M, L, and XL — which makes no sense since I am the same person. This shows your sizing is not accurate or standardized. Before buying, I contacted customer service and was told this style had stretch, but the jeans are actually very rigid. A size L should have consistent measurements across all styles. I love the designs, but it is frustrating to pay shipping both ways due to due to the brand’s lack of size standardization and accurate product knowledge.

Quick and easy exchange. Great customer service 👏 👌

The customer service was amazing and they were super helpful

EXCELLENT customer service! They are incredible to work with. I needed a package to arrive on a certain date, and they did everything they could to make it happen. They went above and beyond. Super impressed.

I haven’t received my order and it looks like it’s being sent back to their facility. I can’t get an update and I’ve emailed them several times. Terrible customer service!
