I did an exchange and chose the same pair of pants hoping the second pair would be longer and instead of simply processing the exchange, they contacted me to double check that is in fact what I wanted. They let me know the pants are actually shorter and advised against an exchange, instead offered to choose another style and assisted me with that too. I could have wasted my time reordering the same pair and find out they didn't fit the same myself and then did another exchange. They way they paid attention to detail and very responsive was amazing. Great customer service! Highly recommend their jeans too, great quality, I already own three and waiting for my fourth now!
