I ordered the Bicolor Cap pants for my daughter for Christmas; I showed them to her to make sure they fit and she talked me out of them to wear now. Then I saw the premium sheer ones (also so cute!) and ordered those for her. These jeans are great quality and when I had a question, Customer Service provided a fast and helpful response. I’m happy to have found Piral!

I recently ordered a pair of jeans for my birthday, and even though the first pair didn’t quite fit, I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received. They were kind, responsive, and made sure I got the right size quickly. The jeans themselves are gorgeous and definitely worth it they have a perfect style and are great quality. Overall, I just want to share how impressed I am with this company’s dedication to making things right and how much I love my new jeans. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

Bought the barrel jeans and loved the fit. The jeans had a broken zipper but the customer department was amazing and got me a new pair. The response time was quick! Size was spot on. I love a company that takes care of you will shop with them again.

I absolutely love their unique styles that they offer. I love the high waisted jeans that come in all sorts of designs. Additionally, their customer service and communication via email is great. PIRAL has incredible customer service. I ordered a pair of jeans and the button was damaged, they immediately responded and resent another pair AND new size because they were too big anyways. I will absolutely be shopping here again :)
