Absolutely comical. This brand uses "tall friendly" advertising but their main model in 5'6 which is why all pants look they have room for taller women. I am 5'10 and purchased the camo pant. It was missing minimum a solid 2 inches. Honestly it wouldn't be so frustrating/infuriating if they didn't advertise for tall women but you do. So here it is. Any one above 5'6 this brand does not work for you. It's all lies. You're better off with brands like Levi or AF, they at least have extra long whose inseam goes up to 36. Do yourself a favor and skip PIRAL

Very disappointing return experience. I paid for shipping, returned the item, and was still charged a return fee plus the shipping cost was not refunded. On top of that, they deducted tax even though I returned the item and there was no completed purchase. I understand a reasonable return fee, but keeping the shipping cost and charging tax on a returned item makes no sense. The refund was much less than expected, and the explanation was not satisfactory. I would think twice before ordering from this company again.

Horrible Customer Service - returned an item 2 weeks ago, sent several follow up emails to see when to expect refund with no response. no way to reach anyone. How am i supposed to buy anything from them if I cant safely return something that didn't fit and fell all the frustration with all no communication..

This online website is a joke? I paid £17 to receive these poor quality jeans that are too big because the size guide is completely wrong! Now I have to pay £17 postage to return, they charge $10 fee, and a £13 custom fee?!?! I’m going to receive approximately 50% what I paid. It’s my mistake, I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. I did think about paying a seamstress to adjust them and finish the buttonholes neatly but that would cost me £25 on top of total cost. There’s nothing in the return policy that states I pay duty when returning goods…and on investigation this is illegal! They told me this was imposed by UK government, but there’s no uk legislation that states I pay duty to return unwanted goods. It’s a scam to deter returns! Save your money! The quality is crap.

I haven’t received my order and it looks like it’s being sent back to their facility. I can’t get an update and I’ve emailed them several times. Terrible customer service!

The jeans are only made for slim women, i usually Wear an L i returned Then Large and got an XXL and those don’t even fit.
