Needing foundation repair is a daunting and stressful situation to be in, but Robby, Jacob, and Miguel at Pinnacle explained everything to me, addressed all my concerns, and made me feel confident I chose the right company. I had 5 estimates for foundation repair and an independent Engineer come out before choosing Pinnacle. I had 23 total piers with 5 being inside the interior of my house, which was the most concerning to me due to potential cosmetic damage. Robby and Jacob from Pinnacle used a GPR to determine the exact locations to place the piers so that I got the most out of the lift and did not incur unnecessary damage or cost. The crew was excellent and hardworking, even with intermittent rain. They finished in 3 days right on time and cleaned up better than it was before they started. I highly recommend Pinnacle for foundation repair and am very satisfied with my experience.

Our evaluator was prompt and professional. Even though the measurements he took did not indicate that a repair would be warranted, Nate took the time to address questions, provide water drainage advice, and suggest a monitoring strategy for our foundation. I think it speaks volumes about this organization's honesty and integrity to acknowledge that costly repairs weren't needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Hopefully I won't need their services, but if I do I'm confident I can rely on them.

Pinnacle Foundation Repair did a great job on our house. They raised our house 3 inches. The workers were very knowledgeable of their jobs and worked hard to get the job done. They were very polite and even placed some of the extra dirt in low places in my yard. I was greatly pleased with the work they did. If you need foundation work, Pinnacle is the one to call and their prices are so reasonable. Great work at reasonable prices. You just don't see that too much nowadays.
