Pinnacle Foundation RepairReviews of pinnaclefoundationrepair.com

My experience with Pinnacle was very positive during the evaluation and planning stages of a complex and time constrained foundation issue. While circumstances led us to pursue a different repair path, Pinnacle’s team provided timely onsite inspections, clear communication, and well-designed remediation concepts. They were transparent about findings and realistic about next steps, which helped us make an informed decision during a stressful time. I appreciated the professionalism of Luis Perez, Victor, and Ryan Tilotta, and would confidently recommend Pinnacle to homeowners seeking a knowledgeable and trustworthy foundation evaluation.

I am very satisfied

The whole job was very professional. The appraisal was very thorough and the price was reasonable. The job was finished in two days and the crew did a good cleanup at the end. Keith called several weeks after the work was done to ensure that I was satisfied.

Their professionalism from start to finish. The team arrived on time, explained every step of the process clearly, and made sure I understood what needed to be done before any work began. Their honesty and transparency immediately gave me confidence.

I recently had 15 piers installed on my home, and after getting multiple bids from different foundation companies, Pinnacle Foundation Repair stood out immediately. Their pricing was fair, especially considering the type of piers they recommended for my property, which gave me confidence in both the quality and longevity of the repair. Brian Berkstresser was great to work with. He walked me through the entire process and answered every question I had with patience and clarity. From Brian, to the office staff, to the crew that came out to complete the work — the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. I did have to wait a few weeks to get on their schedule, but honestly, that only reinforced how reputable they are — high demand usually means a company is consistently delivering great work. They initially estimated a two-day job, but the crew completed everything in just one day. They arrived around 8:30 AM and were finished by 3:30 PM. The efficiency was incredible. Even with 15 piers installed, the front of my home didn’t look like any intrusive work had been done at all — everything was left undisturbed and exactly as it appeared before the repairs. They also arranged my plumbing test and structural engineering assessment the following week, which made the entire process seamless. Finding out you have foundation issues is extremely stressful, but choosing a company you can trust makes all the difference. Pinnacle’s professionalism, fairness, quality materials, and lifetime warranty gave me real peace of mind moving forward. I’m grateful I chose them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair.

Choosing Pinnacle Foundation Repair was a relief given how stressed we were about our home’s settling foundation. The inspection was thorough, the crew walked us through every step and answered all our concerns patiently. When the work began, they stayed on schedule, kept the site clean and explained exactly what was happening. The results speak for themselves — cracks have closed, doors and windows line up right again, and we feel confident the issue was handled with care.
