I interviewed 3 different foundation companies before choosing Pinnacle. Robby and his team did exactly what they said they would, even after having to change the scope of work mid way thru. Overall, Robby and his team were great to work with and made everything work when 4 other adjustment to our pier and beam home (by another company) could never make it right. Thank you to Pinnacle for being professional, quick and easy to work with. It was a pleasure to work with someone you can trust!

Nate was such a pleasure to work with, he was thorough and honest with us. Other companies were very pushy and insisting we get work done right away however we were not sold on their explanations as they were very quick with their inspections and did not take the time to explain their reasoning. Nate walked us through step by step what was occurring logically and explained the solution was rather a lower cost drainage option and watering program as opposed to major foundation work. Robby showed up on time and did a complete investigation of the property and was able to tell and show us that our foundation actually wasn't the problem and that we needed to look into drainage solutions. He then sent recommendations on companies to use for this work. He was very professional and didn't try to up sell me on unnecessary repairs. 10/10 would recommend.

Mr. Robby Brown from Pinnacle foundation repair was prompt, professional and extremely polite. He surveyed our property, evaluated the foundation and perimeter of our house thoroughly and provided us with an evaluation and assessment that was pretty honest and reasonable, we plan to go with Pinnacle and follow through on the options that he offered to help mitigate the problem and prevent future foundation movements to occur.

I do appreciate the high sense professionalism and ethics to serve the community, explaining in detail the circumstances to determine whether the house requires an intervention or not. I contacted Pinnacle due to a broken brick of my house, whose personnel responded in the next business day to schedule a visit at the first opportunity. After the inspection, it was determined that the house was in good shape, inviting me to continue observing the house's structure within the next 6 months and to contact Pinnacle, if needed. The visit, inspection, and explanation were free of charge.
