I am beyond frustrated. I used to shop with this company a lot and was always able to easily get through to customer service. I placed my first order and quite a while and the quality wasn’t great so I had to do some returns. I had to pay $7.95 extra just to get a refund back on my credit card. Then when I got the email saying my return was in process, it stated that I would be getting a store credit. I’ve sent two different emails to try to get this resolved and never hear anything back. It literally feels like a scam now. UPDATE 7/17/25: cannot reply back to your email bc I do not have an email from you like I stated. I’ve checked all my trash, spam etc. I emailed twice. Is there a direct email address or phone number where I can get in touch with you? Both times when I sent the email I have to fill out a form on your website so I don’t have the email in my sent folder. Y’all used to have a phone number and I could email you directly. It’s so sketchy now and 7.95 to refund me for the product I returned to you?! No thank you ma’am. Never again.

Hi Abbey! We're so sorry for your frustration. I am showing you sent an email in on Tuesday to which we did respond stating that you will be receiving the refund to your original form of payment. We did update our returns policy to allow for returns to the original form of payment for a $7.95 processing fee vs a gift card which is all we allowed for returns previously.
