This company is fraudulent. I’m still waiting for my order placed in February. They say they ship in 2-3 days. It comes across like it’s an American company but it’s crap from China. Don’t use!

I ordered a Christmas ornament commemorating the 2024 eclipse. It was supposed to say “Path of Totality” instead it said “PAT of Totality”. I talked to customer service, but they did not want to do anything. Never again!

If I can give them a zero star I would. I don’t want people to confuse a zero star to a 5 star. They held me hostage. My merchandise took 2 months to arrive. And when I wanted to cancel 3 weeks after placing order. They said they couldn’t since it was with shipper. So their shipper took Over a month. And their communication is to ignore you.

This must be a fraudulent website. I placed an order ($70+) over 4 weeks ago and still do not have it. I have sent multiple messages to the company. They have only responded with “it is on the way…be patient “. At the time of the order they indicate I will receive the order within 3-5 days. I think I have been more than “patient”.

SCAm-Buyer beware!***. We ordered $82 worth of product and never received. Customer service sent automated email responses with an order number USPS could not find. After 2 weeks of asking for assistance we began getting encrypted responses that you can not open. Don’t use this company!

What a scam of a site. They sent wrong size can not contact them virtual chat keeps shutting down chat and can not move on. What a rip off >:(
