I ordered the sea glass christmas tree, it took over a month to receive it, when I opened the box, it was a wax tree. The only way they will give me a refund to to mail the tree back to China, which will cost more than I paid for the tree, WHAT A SCAM

Total scam of a company! They are from China so shipping will Never be 1-3 days mine took a month to arrive and complete crap when it did arrive. Said it was sea glass and it was cheap candle wax Something you would buy at big lots for $2.00 not $38.00. Ask for my money back and they said they could give me $5.00 back. DO NOT BUY FEOM THEM! ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. PRODUCT IS COMPLETE TRASH

Horrible and dishonest company! I ordered 3 "sea glass' Christmas trees on Sept. 6. The ad said that a Sea Glass Art Designer was closing her Sea Glass Christmas Tree collection. And then when I ordered these 3 trees, it said shipping time 3-5 business days. I got my order 31 days later, from China! And they are plastic trees!! Do not order anything from this company! I wish I had seen all the reviews on here of people experiencing the same horrible and fraudulent treatment! I have reached out to the company and also put in a dispute with Pay Pal. We'll see what happens!

*** DO NOT ORDER from this company! They are offering me $10 for my damaged goods and won’t refund the total that I paid of $87.00. And they say I can keep the so called sea glass Christmas trees that arrived damaged. They are plastic!! If I could give them a zero I would. Merchandise came damaged but worse than that it was not at all as described or pictured. It is plastic not sea glass. And the shells and stars are not even attached. I reached out to them to send it back and get my money back. I sent pictures as I was told and now they are not responding at all. I will have to go through my bank to get this resolved but what a hassle! Do not buy from them!!

Such a joke! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It is not sea glass. A plastic blob, that looks nothing like their description. Very dissatisfied!

I just received my Sea Glass Christmas Tree. Was Supposed to be sea glass. What I got was $35.00 worth of ugly plastic. I’m so disappointed. Don’t order from this company…

I, like several other customers, ordered 2 “sea glass” Christmas trees. What I received was a waxy, PLASTIC tree. Completely false advertising and unacceptable. I emailed immediately after I received them, requesting a full refund and directions for return. I had one reply asking for pictures, which I sent. I have not heard another word from customer service. I will revise this review when/if I get resolution to this issue. BUYER BEWARE….don’t do business with this company.

I ordered my product on Sept 6 & until I threatened to open a case with PayPal I hadn’t gotten a shipping notice, tracking number etc! I blame myself for not investing the time to check them out! They are not local which the ad led you to believe! They ship from China! Had I known, I never would have bought from them! BUYER BEWARE!!! Although, since going thru PayPal, I have had multiple emails about my product & finally got a tracking number! Hopefully I’ll get my order soon!
