Why is there not a way to not click on any stars? This company is awful and beware DO NOT order anything from them. I placed an order on 10/19/2022 for gifts I was buying my kids for Christmas. Here we are well into the New Year & I still have received nothing. Have sent several emails to this company & they can't even respond. Shame on you scamming people like this. You should be ashamed of yourself!!

Still no delivery on my order 6 weeks later. There should be an option for a minus star, they do not deserved 1 star to say the least!! stay away from them. Order 12/16/22 its now 1/25/23 never received, never answer my emails, ignores emails over charged my card for the purchase. If by chance I do received Ill be back to let you know but it doesn't look promising. Joni Blanchard

I never recieved my order (placed order 12-12-22) When i asked for a refund they said i would get a fraction of the amount that spent. 1-17-23...the partial refund that i was quoted is pending on my credit card....now waiting for the balance

Don't buy its a scam. Don't have my product after a month since ordered and noone replies to customer service email. I want a refund! I can't get ahold of anyone!

Ordered November 11, 2022 still nothing. They blocked me on their website and won't respond to emails. Stay Away!!! unfortunately, did not use my pay pal so might be screwed on getting my money back

Where is the 0 star option? This is a joke of a alleged business. I wish I had found these reviews here before I purchased a memorial Christmas ornament on Dec 2, 2022. This company claims to have warehouses all over the world yet an non-personalized Christmas ornament had to come from Findland. Shipping time is misleading on the site as I was convinced my ornament would arrive way before Christmas. By Dec 14th it still showed as in Findland so I initiated a claim through PayPal that was unsuccessful because they took over 2 weeks to resolve and by then the ornament arrived after New Years. I've decided to attempt a dispute with my credit card company that was used. Please don't buy anything from this crap company!

I do not remember ordering anything from this company. I found a charge on my bank account for $65.98. I would like this money back into my account.
