Fraudulent, scam company. Waiting 3 months for item. SCAM!! Do not order!!!

Never in a million years should you order from this company. You're better off just taking your money and burning it. How they get away with this is mind boggling. The minute you see their advertisement, RUN.

Everything is wrong with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a shipment to Portugal (Order# 1121S109764). The postal services refused to deliver it and returned it to the origin. I asked my money back and received a reply that it was my fault and lost my money. Beaware: AVOID THIS MERCHANT. IT'S FRADULENT

When my post office received the shipment from them it had an incomplete address and was returned to them. When I contacted them they said it wasn’t returned to their “original” warehouse so they would have to charge me again for the product and shipping fee…if I still want it. What???

I placed a very large order, for a Special Family Celebration of Life Event.'I have an Angel in Heaven I call him/her'(with Name), Ordered 1/3/23, finally received 2/22/23. Only Partial of my order. Both boxes & Items were CRUSHED, beyond Repair!! The only way of Contact is through email!? I've informed this Company of the issue, sent Pictures of Proof. I've been told, they do not see the Dented Hard Plastic Ornaments as not able to be Repaired, by Myself! So will Not Replace the Extremely Damaged Items!? They said, I can remove the Flimsy Aluminum Top of the Ornaments, & press out the Severally Bent/Deeply Dented Hard Plastic Ornaments with My finger from the inside!! I'm a Senior, without the strength to do this, plus the small opening at the top, makes it impossible to reach. The Special Ornaments are so Badly Damaged, there's No way to be Repaired! They must be Replaced. I'm extremely Hurt by the treatment I'm receiving by PINKGENTLE.COM Shame on them for Not making this Huge Matter, Right!! 😢💔 This GRANDMA placed the Order for Our Family 🙏 LOSS of 'LIFE' of LOVED ones... Celebration of their LIVES, upcoming Event 😢💔 We will now, Not have these,'Special Angel in Heaven' Ornaments, but paid a lot of Money to be Stuck with Unrepairable Extremely Damaged Items!! There's 5 more Deliveries to Complete my Order. I Pray they will arrive in Good Condition. I'm so Disappointed & feel taken advantage of!! This is so very WRONG 💔 PINKGENTLE.COM PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT, & REPLACE THE BROKEN, UN-USABLE PAID FOR ITEMS 🙏 PLEASE, THIS IS SO IMPORTANT❤☮🙏

I also wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order Dec 2, 2022 for keychains, token gifts for my grown children. Order never received! Emails with company infuriating! Now escalated to a claim with PayPal. Hoping I get my refund. My recommendation is to stay away from this fraudulent company!!! Finally received a refund through PayPal but that was a bad experience as well! Lesson learned, no purchases through Facebook ads and stick to my credit card as form of payment! 2/25/23

This company takes your money and doesn’t deliver the product. Do not buy anything from them. Total scam!!!
