Pingpong is a terrible banking service. The customer support is an chatbot that has no EU working day support and can't resolve anything and pushes the issue further into the Asian quagmire from where Pingpong emanated. Nothing gets resolved, demand for details on banking transfers is onerous - invoice copies, contract copies, details of the business relationship, copies of the transport documentation - stuff that no other bank has ever asked me. I have tried hard to use this service for 24 months but the last 2 suppliers I tried to set up were both rejected by PP; 1. a very large Viennese insurance company and 2. my local book keeper. Incredible that a bank decides who I can send money to. Pathetic.

Worst customer service ever! The website's features suck!

I have had multiple problems with this site. Transactions don't go through but I enter the same details on another site and the transaction is processed. They changed their system sometime ago and now you have to wire funds from your bank into your pingpong acct. There is no ability to link the accounts to have funds automatically drawn. The latest problem is I tried to make a payment and pingpong says there are insufficient funds in my account to cover it. However, the current balance exceeds the payment amount by about $10. Due to numerous issues and the lack of customer service (it takes days to hear back from them), I am cancelling the service.

just no reply to any questions, even it is so important and urgent. they are terrible at replying questions.

I recently encountered an issue with updating my contact number, and I'm incredibly grateful for the assistance provided by Poonacha AP, the Operational Manager. His prompt attention to my problem was truly remarkable. Poonacha demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills by efficiently handling my number update request. What impressed me most was his professional approach combined with genuine concern for resolving my issue. He patiently walked me through the process and ensured that all changes were properly implemented in the system. The level of customer service I received was outstanding. Poonacha's knowledge of procedures and his ability to navigate complex systems made what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth one. I believe Poonacha exemplifies the qualities of an excellent employee - responsive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused. His dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction deserves recognition, and I'm very thankful for his assistance.

Loyal customer of PingPong for many years. Suddenly, got a liveness check request. And boom... they want me to use SumSub for it, which accepts my live selfie, but denies my real documents without any explanation! And here is the worst part. PingPong support is just impossible to reach. So account is just blocked and there seems no any way to get it sorted. Awful service.

This platform has proven to be completely unreliable. I strongly advise against using it, as they appear to be holding users’ funds under misleading pretenses. My money has been stuck in PingPong for the past six months. Although I received notifications stating that I could withdraw the funds to either my personal or business bank account, every attempt I’ve made has been rejected with the excuse that my bank accounts are not accepted. I’ve tried five different accounts, all under my name, but they continue to block the withdrawal and delay the process with false assurances. I even attempted to use the funds to pay suppliers, which was also declined—making it clear that they only display your balance on screen, without any intention of actually letting you access your money. Worse, there’s no direct support or helpline. Even after waiting weeks or months on chat support, I’ve never received a response. The queue system always shows I’m waiting, but my turn never comes. I’ve genuinely attempted to contact them hundreds of times over the past six months, all without success.
