Absolute worse service ever. It's been months in trying to register an account, with their faulty system full of glitches that doesn't let me proceed due to technical issues. I ask for support, and an agent keeps sending an automated same message again and again without any support. Absolutely useless platform.

I created an account to receive my payments from Walmart, i did every step required to create an account. It said that it would take 48h to verify everything. Suddenly they blocked my account & their reason for it was « we are not able to provide any further specifics on this decision ».

There is no US support at all, I tried for several months! Never receive any support or feedback!

Please use the Google Authenticator PIN instead of the spam filter. It's super annoying how long it takes me to log in to this website. I waste so much time just trying to log in. This issue still hasn't been fixed!!!

We had a business account on Pingpong system, 2 weeks ago they closed it without any explanation. No documents were requested, nothing. They refunded the funds (+1 star), and were responsive via email (+1 star). Yes-yes, I know all this AML stuff that EMI might not tell you any reason, but this is up to you, do you run your business with a human face or in a robot style.

They allow me to sign up, filling in my personal and business details. And then, they don't allow me to withdraw money from the system. Scam website.

My Vendor has been sending me $ through Pingpong for the start of when we opened an account with Pingpong in Jan 2025. Payments went through and we recived in our Bank Account. I noticed the past few months, we havent received any payment. My Vendor shows as payments were made bi weekly, But Ingpong shows nothing. There is NO support or Ticket creation in Pingpong. No one to talk to and they NEVER response to email. They owe my company several thousands of dollars. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS> ITS A HORRIBLE SERVICE & YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR PAYMENTS!

ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS SUPPORT! I keep getting the same message and their message box doesn't seem to recall the message I keep sending, showing an old message. I will change this to 5 stars as soon as someone reaches out to help.
