I opened a business account with PingPong and this is my very first payout collection from Noon platform, sent on October 8th, 2026. It has been 11 business days now, and the funds are not showing anywhere in my dashboard activity. I opened a support ticket via email and provided the official transfer receipt as requested. They promised to review and reply, but I have received absolutely no response or updates since then. This extreme delay and lack of communication is severely impacting my business operations.

Terrible onboarding experience. I submitted all official corporate and KYC documents successfully. Exactly 2 minutes later, I received an automated email stating that my account had been blocked—completely without any human review, explanation, or transparent reason. It seems their compliance algorithms instantly flag and reject legitimate international corporate structures with zero logic and zero human oversight. If you value your time and need a reliable partner for your business operations, stay away from PingPong. Absolute zero customer care and broken automation.

I am extremely frustrated with PingPong's service. They have "released" two separate payouts from my PingPong account, but the money is nowhere to be found in my local bank account.One payment has been floating in limbo since 16 September, and another was released on 21 sept 2026. I have all the transaction IDs, but there is absolutely no clarity on where the funds are. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable for a business account, as it heavily impacts cash flow.When you trust a cross-border platform, you expect timely remittances. Instead, I am forced to chase after support just to find out where my money is. They don't even proactively provide a UTR or bank transfer reference number so I can track it with my local bank.I have reached out to their support team with all the transaction details. I expect an immediate investigation, a clear explanation for the delay, and the UTR numbers on priority. If you value your peace of mind and business cash flow, beware of these unexpected delays.

I have been tryhing to open an account almost about a week and submitted all the documents properly and tried to get some help from live Chat i had to wait for more than 3 to 4 hours after i logged off they used to respond like this - We didn't get your reply for a long time.The chat will be closed now. I send funds from my own company to my own company also need kyc and not just once but 2 times from the same bank account. When my customer send money from overseas they rejected the funds without valid reason and it’s been 3 weeks the funds have not arrived back to my sender. Promised the moon when asked me to open promising fast speed and best rate, but actual usage is really bad , the poorest I used among all the remittance company.

Useless payment protocol. Useless customer service.

This is the most Shit Website I ever have seen. After submitting all documents, they said activation code is sent on your email and i never received one. I changed my network, device and everything, checked spam folders if any email came, tried multiple times but did not get any. I beleive these are just scammers. This is not how a payment gateway can behave.

withdrawal to bank is processing past 15 days my money is not moving to my bank account avoid this company to avoid potential cash flow issues
