see the dashboard inside is too old and vcc dont work on main sites and when payment process starts ..merchant sends otp but pingpong has to setup for recieving otp and hence it always gets declined

I made a mistake when did withdraw my balance. Instead of withdraw, I did transaction to email. It's showed pending since 3 days ago and still pending. I read the FAQ and found that it would automatically cancel after 24 hours. But right now, at this moment, it's still pending. I want to cancel the transaction but no option for me. I opened live chat, and no one answer. I send email to support, no one reply either. I call the number, and it said number's not correct. That's suck! Terrible experience! Stay away with this company. Pingpong team, check my Client ID 102307080010064123 and my Transaction ID: S01202307260449170863726.
