Since you're using the app, please take into account that the quality of the calls, when using the app, relies on your Wi-Fi or cellular data Internet connection and device settings as well. Make sure: -you have the latest app version installed on your device. -you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers. IMPORTANT! To ensure a high successful connection and call quality, please set up your Caller ID (the number showing up on the screen of the person you call). You can find the option in the app Menu. 1. Go to the app menu, tap "More", select "Set my Caller ID" and enter the number you'd like your friends and family to see when you call them. 2. Shortly after, you'll receive an SMS with a Verification Code. Simply confirm the verification code on the same page and your Caller ID is set. If you need further assistance, please fell free to contact us. Our Support team is available 24/7 for any other questions.

Works very reliable
Works very reliable, voice quality ok; good and easy app; correct billing system. But can't call many countries or only landlines.

I like using Pingo because I don’t want…
I like using Pingo because I don’t want a subscription. It works as necessary. One nitpick, I would like a credit counter, while on a call.

Pingo is good if you want to save $ but lines are sometimes busy
Pingo is good if you want to save money on long-distance calls. You punch in a 1-800 number then your number and it works. I pay for it with Paypal. It does save money but the only catch is that sometimes Pingo has all its lines busy and you can't get through. But usually if you wait a few seconds and try again, it's free. That's the only real inconvenience with it.

Generally happy with the service
Generally happy with the service. Only issue for me is that the UK rate of 2,5p per minute does not apply if you use the o800 access numbe, but they don't say how \i can use the sevrvice without it.
