I find the app complicated to follow. I have no idea how to pick up from where I left off. The role play starts without any basic vocabulary. The app is difficult to find your way around. I feel that it was a complete waste of money. This app for me is rubbish! Sorry

Not good, the connection doesn’t work.
Response from Pingo.comJun 20, 2025
Thank you for your feedback! We’ve confirmed that the issue is due to ongoing disruptions with local providers in the destination country, affecting call connections across several networks. Our team is working closely with carrier partners to resolve this, though we don't yet have an estimated fix time. In the meantime, we've credited your PIN for the recent failed call attempts.
