My readers had a bad time
I run a voip blog and I posted about their onebuck offer. My readers trust me and few of them registered for Pingo's services. It so appears that none of them could get their accounts activated. Moreover, one guy was charged $5 even though the coupon code onebuck was supposed to get them $4 off that is they should have been charged just $1. Update: Pingo replied to this complaint and I am glad my users got their respective accounts back. However, when I contacted the user [email protected] I was told he was charged $5 and not $1 as the coupon code onebuck should have worked. Also, no referral bonus for me? I could care less about my bonus as long as my reader gets his $4 back.

UPDATE: will pass on your concern about the missing $4 discount. Users need to enter the coupon "onebuck" as one word with all lower case letters. to clarify your concerns: 1. - The account associated with email address dinwal at yahoo.com was closed because the customer had two separate Pingo accounts already. Per company policy each customer is allowed to have one Pingo account. It seems this user was trying to take advantage of new customer promotions that they were not eligible to receive. We sent the customer an email asking him/her to continue using their original Pingo account. 2. The account number associated with email address mitulchaudhar at. yahoo.com was closed because we could not properly verify the customer. We have re-open the account and the customer should be able to make calls now. We are sorry that some of your referrals are frustrated with the verification process. We're trying our best to properly verify each account and allow customers access to their accounts as fast as possible. We're working hard to make it better for our good customers that are not trying to take advantage of some of our promotional offers.
