But the local fitters ... well at least they got the Green Dot sizing nailed down (even a child can do). Golf Discount offered the most options in ordering a complete new set Driver-LW (2 fairways excepted) with shafts more fitted to being older. Arrived sooner than expected, all specs perfect as can be. ODD: 1) all S/N different, LW (60d) an extra order unless 56d will do ... UGH but OK. 2) most styles bar ordering just one iron for testing at home = ???? 3) warranty replacements via the certified dealer A-OK except NO CHANGES other than OMIT a, b, c ... i.e. same grip comes with so no equal/better/worse grip will be sent with Warranty honored on driver shaft Project X Red Reg May30 - Sept10 that broke in half?!??! overhead after hitting the teed ball. Wow - thought shafts only broke near the hosel!

Hi I had a Ping fitting with Gordon Niven in Banchory, very impressed with his golfing knowledge and advice at fitting last week. Only went in for a wood, but now have ordered new set of Ping Irons, 3 x woods and purchased new driver, none of which I was looking for. Having the correct fitting will improve my game and enjoyment going forward. Having worked on swing with lessons over winter, my swing has changed which required me to change my entire set of golf clubs with new improved stiff shafts. 10/10 Thanks Gordon Top man.

Ping UK Customer Services were extremely helpful when I called regarding the weight screw on my G440 Max. The next day, the club head was collected from American Golf, and returned a few days later. Premium product followed up with excellent after sales service. Well done PING UK team.

I was so impressed by the customer service of ping in Peoria I am still stunned I purchase my custom Ping club with another custom fitting company had issue hitting them call customer service at ping they offer to review and correct anything I was not happy with to my stupefaction they actually not only told me what was wrong but the corrected it at NO CHARGED unheard of those days Tyler Pingel was my custom fitter what an incredible company they not trying to up sale you the truly want you total satisfaction Ping you have a customer for life in me Thank you

Recently had my 8 iron club head separate from the shaft and splash into the water. I reported this to the distributor I purchased the club from and PING sent me out a replacement club. Just wanted to say THANKS. Appreciate the company standing behind their product.

I recently purchased a new Ping Bag.While out on the course it started to rain. I pulled out the rain cover Ping provided with the bag. I discovered one of the fasteners that should have been attached to the bag was missing. I called Ping and spoke to NickB. He requested a couple photos of the problem area and the ID tag attached to the bag. Upon receipt of the photos, Nick initiated a new bag replacement order. That’s Customer Service over and above anything I imagined. In addition, Nick is a wonderful person to work with if you ever have a concern. It’s my experience that Ping is a leader in Equipment Quality, and Customer Service.
