My driver that I bought a 3 years ago cracked at the bottom. Yhe club still looks like new and this was obviously a defective club. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t do anything to help me. I was totally surprised and disappointed by this. I can not believe Ping doesn’t stand behind their products. Last time I buy Ping.

I purchase a Ping 440 LST driver had it for 5-6 months and the head cracked, I called Ping and sent pictures to them, I was told to bring the club to a dealer so I took it to D Sporting Goods. D Sporting Good sent the club off and Ping decline to replace it said it was neglect not where in tear, I play golf 3 days a week I hit an average of 260 per drive. I will never purchase another club from Ping, and if I can discourage anyone else from purchasing from Ping I will. I have been buying drivers from Ping for the last 10 years, if I could give a negative rating I would.

I owned a430 Driver for a little over a year and couldn’t pull it apart for adjustment. I finally got it to come apart and I found corrosion between the Club and the shaft. I took a picture and sent it to ping. They told me I would have to send it in pay for shipping and be without a Club for two weeks.I sent them pictures and obviously the club should be replaced. Poor quality and poor customer service. I will think twice before buying another ping product.

6 month old 430 driver snapped shaft after hitting a ball. After many emails to them they told me I must talk to the golf shop I bought it from. They sent photos to Ping for me I was told the shaft is not covered under warranty at the point it snapped. I’ve asked to have my case forwarded to manager and for 100% proof from Ping that the shaft cannot snap at this point, and got nowhere. Very poor customer service frauds they are.

I'll never buy custom clubs from Ping again, half the 2026 season is gone and I'm still waiting for my clubs!!

Bought a driver and a 3 wood paid over a lot of money for these and the 3 wood rusted out and ping wouldn’t offer a solution. Would not buy this brand again.

Bought a ping g440 k driver at nearly £600 it doesn't sit right it sits open.drove to the ping factory got no joy there,they said you can send it back via your club pro shop it will take 20 pus days to get it back what do I do in the meantime got told you have to wait as we don't give out clubs not good customer service will not be buying any more clubs fronm them

My son worked there recently and worked really hard always on time never late, even complting ot when asked! He had a medical emergency and was rushed to hospital, he's ok now, but when he returned back they told him to take a few days off, to then receive a call from his agency telling him that they didn't want him back! Extremely poor by ping i expected better from a big company like yourselves.
