Similar to another customer on here, I purchased a Ping DLX cart bag from Snainton Golf. After less than a month of use (I only play once a week!), there are wear marks where it sits on the trolley. I contacted Ping directly who were less than helpful, telling me to send back to Snainton where I purchased it from. I did this and after waiting 2 weeks, Ping have said it is the fault of the Motocaddy trolley I put it on!!!??? I have a Motocaddy M5 GPS which has been excellent. I had one of the Motocaddy dry series bags on it for nearly 2 years without a blemish. Wish I’d have kept it!! For a premium golf bag that cost in excess of £200, I think this is a disgrace. I’m not entirely impressed by Snainton golf after this either. I’ve been shopping with them for many years including purchasing this very trolley. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Really poor experience with the returns team. I bought a Ping golf bag off the American golf website and it has a damaged zipper which needs to be repaired. Both American golf and Ping are refusing to do the work or refund the item. In future i will be avoiding both Ping and American Golf and using Halpenny instead. Awful customer service experience

Disappointed in Ping customer service! Purchased a set of ping i210 irons along with G400 3, 5, rescue 4, and driver from retail ping dealer in 2020. This crack in the face happened to my 3w last week. Not abused just normal use from a 90mph driver swing speed 9 handicaper. I was told by ping cs rep, “that nothing is indestructible”, sorry but we can’t help you. BTW, I registered every ping club I purchased at that time on their website. CS rep said that was only for club specifications on their end and the customer’s own personal records. Basically a waste of customer time. Crap company, two months for one club ,a off the shelf 7wood still don't have it when/ if, it arrives I'll say I don't want it and go somewhere else. Fxuk ping.

Have tried to contact Ping through various methods never get a reply… Have asked them why my Ping G425 driver can never adjust… it’s always seems to be stuck.. was altered once by Clydebank American golf where I bought it… as it was stuck… now having to try and prove this is an ongoing issue… when it’s a common problem…

Bag Warranty Replacement Emailed Ping about my golf bag fading so quickly and they said they would replace it when I sent picture of it with side pocket cut out. Had a golf tournament so had to wait a few days before I was ready to do that. Emailed 3 times telling them i was ready to cut and send picture and just wanted them to confirm everything was still good and never could get a response

Bought a Ping G425 driver. Had it for 10 months with minimal use. Standing on the tee box one day, leaning on the driver and the shaft snap in half ( only weight 160 lbs.) Called Ping customer service and was honest about how it happened. They said it was not a warranty issue. Wow, been a loyal Ping user over the years…no more.
