I feel I must elaborate a bit. My experience is mixed. Pilot Headquarters itself was excellent in every way. The product, leaves a lot to be desired. I used to enjoy these balsa gliders a lot when I was young. We used to buy them for $.10 at the corner store. Today, the prices are ridiculous, but I wanted to pass the experience on to a grandson who loves planes. The manufacturer, Paul T. Guillow, has cheapened the quality considerably, compared to years ago. So much so, that they are almost unflyable as sold. Having much knowledge of model and full size aircraft, I was able to effect the necessary, and most basic modifications needed in order for the planes to fly. It was very obvious that cost cutting over the years, made the product almost useless. My next issue was the U.S. Postal Service. The tracking had the package sitting at its initial terminal location for a week and a half. Had I not called Pilot Headquarters, it probably would still be sitting there. They ran an inquiry, which got things moving. Good company to deal with, will not recommend the product, and USPS had better get their act together!
