Horrible customer service, rude, not helpful. Ordered product they sent the wrong one, was on phone for 20 mins trying to get return Labe. Lady was horribly rude. Buyer beware I would never order from them again.

This company is terrible. My delivery took far too long to arrive. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order for 10 screws on Jan 26 (a Saturday) with shipping by first class mail. I anticipated this small order would ship the following Monday, Jan. 28. Nope! Didn't ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. When I call I was told they don't have the screws on the shelf and are waiting for them to be delivered and hopefully the order will go out today or tomorrow (Thursday or Friday). I asked why didn't the web site indicate these were not in stock and ready to ship? The answer was, the website does say some items may not be in stock. I would think it would be appropriate for Pilot Hq to notify the customer when something was not in stock. I was also told I would receive a shipping notice with the tracking number. That too didn't happen. If I didn't log back into my account, I would have never known the order shipped and what the tracking number was. FWIW, this will definitely be my first and last order with Pilot HQ.

I ordered ASA study material for the A&P exam six days ago. It was suppose to arrive yesterday but still has not been shipped! I would recommend going strait to ASA home page if you want these manuals in a timely manner.

I just bought an Telex headset from these people. The item was shipped overseas and was caught in customs. The owner and his hired shipping contractor negotiated with the customs office to get it release. It took about two weeks but they kept on it and the item finally arrived in tact. Excellent Service.
