This is scam They want me to return the pillow and pay for the return to China..what a scam.

What a scam! The 90 day return means nothing because you have to pay to return it to China. It also has to be returned in original packaging but that is impossible because the packaging is damaged when trying to remove the pillow. I have found that the pillow has increased my neck pain because the sides are far too hard. How they manage to get a 4.3 star rating on their site against the 1+ rating on Trustpilot raises major questions.

Within minutes of an order mistakenly going through, I tried to cancel the order by sending 3 communications by email and also by text. Notice by email a day later then told me I couldn't cancel the order once it was placed, even though it hadn't yet shipped. Then I find out it is shipping from China, not from New Mexico where the website pretends to be located. Hugely deceptive company and Bad Business practices!!!

The "money back guarantee" policy is very misleading. I purchased a mattress pad and it did not turn out to be as luxurious as the website described. When I tried to return the product for a refund, I was informed by the company that return shipping was the responsibility of the customer. Then, when the address was provided, it was an international address IN CHINA!

There are 2 company review pages on Trust Pilot, both for the same company, so be wary. This is a summary of all the issues with this suspicious company. Many of these issues I have experienced personally, all have been experienced by other customers, as is evident from the multiple poor reviews here. They give fake USA and Europe addresses on their website and emails, giving the false impression they legally operate and ship from these countries. They give prices in pounds with no indication that they are not in the UK. They actually operate and ship from China. They operate multiple websites. There are fake reviews, studies and blogs on their website. They have a track record of just not sending items, or supposedly shipping items that never arrive. If any items are sent the delivery times are lengthy, taking weeks because they ship from China. They promise 3-7 days delivery for most parts of the world but this is never honoured, and would be impossible. If any items are received by customers they are substandard, poor quality and/or not what people have ordered. Not fit for purpose items. Customer Services are almost impossible to get hold of, often ignoring any customer enquiries after ordering. If they do respond it's with generic answers and do not address customer concerns. They absolutely will not cancel an order, no matter how quickly you ask them to. They wait until the product has supposedly "shipped" before responding to say it is too late to cancel the order. The returns policy is a scam. They require returns to be sent via a particular tracked carrier who charge extortionate amounts, often costing more than the item is worth. If a return does make it back to the company you never hear from them again and they do not refund customers for the returns. It is very obvious they are a scam company. Do NOT buy from this company.

Do Not Buy from this company. Its a scam. The quality is very low. Does not even come close to what you are paying for. I don't leave reviews but had to for this one. Hoping to save someone else from making the same mistake. Very low quality. Horrible packaging. Extra pillow cover came with buttons unattached so I would need to sew them on after. Crazy.

I've been searching and searching for a post-surgical pillow to relieve my neck and shoulder pain. I made the mistake of buying this without reading all of the reviews. After a week of using it, I figured I would start to get used to the shape, but it's actually getting worse. My neck has never been more stiff or in pain ever in my life. When I asked about the return policy, they said it was on me to package and deliver it back to China before I get the refund. So they expect me to roll up this phone pillow back into its original packaging and pay out of pocket for expensive shipping and just "hope" that it arrives back to China BEFORE I get a refund. Also, they send way too many emails. One email said my pillow shipping is delayed but "here's 30% off your next order." I said if you claim to have the best pillow in the world, I won't be making another order. So why not just refund 30% of my current order? Nope. They don't do that. Turns out that email was a scam to get me to order accessories for five pillow because when I tracked the package, it was not delayed and arrived the next day. All around scam.

I purchased a queen size "cooling" mattress topper from Pillow Home. Delivery time was a bit slower than usual since the product ships from China and not a US warehouse of any kind.....and I could have lived with that easy enough, but the product itself was somewhat of a disappointment. I don't know how they can market the product as a "COOLING" topper because it was just as hot to sleep on as the mattress topper I was replacing. For however long it lasts....the topper is "puffy" enough for softness comfort, but my main reason for buying it was the "Cooling" feature, which is definitely a totally inaccurate claim. It sleeps just as hot as any other mattress topper in my personal experience.
