Hands down- THE BEST
I have all the pillows that claim to help your neck, help you fall asleep and stay asleep, keeps you cool, etc... and most of them I have thrown in the trash because they simply do not live up to their claims. One of the only two pillows I have left is from PILLO1. Without question it is the only pillow that lives up to its claims and has actually helped and continues to help my neck and help me sleep. I plan to order another one because sometimes I do sleep on my back and i can switch pillows.

My neck feels comfortable!
I have only tried for one night without much discomfort or the need to re-position frequently. It seems to provide good support but not too firm as with the memory foam pillows that I have tried.

Good concept but the pillow is too soft.

In consideration, have you been able to take advantage of turning your PILLO1 180 degrees to sleep on the "FIRMER" cylindrical neck support vs. the other "SOFTER" support? This option comes in both the medium and large sizes but not the small. Never able to sleep on the pillow. I'm short and neck to high.
You replaced the pillow with a different size . The first one actually the 1 st was a better fit but you wouldn't change it back. Lots of money for a pillow I couldn't use. The smell was absolutely horrible when I removed the plastic cover. Was told to let it air out for a few days and that helped. So all in all it was a very poor purchase. The Pillow Queen. NO support
I have tried many pillows. I have had neck issues for years. And so the quest for the "perfect" pillow is an ongoing process. My pillow offered no neck support, which is what I want/need. And so I returned mine.

Best Pillow Ever
The Pillo1 side sleeper pillow is the best pillow I've ever owned. It perfectly supports my head and neck without causing the stiffness and neck pain I encountered with other side sleeping pillows. Best investment in sleeping I've ever made.
