My doctor recommended this pillow to help with my shoulder and neck pain. It does take some getting used to, especially since I am also a stomach sleeper. However, the pillow has changed that. I love how it cradles my head and neck. It has helped dramatically with my pain and stiffness with the added bonus of reducing my snoring! I am a little concerned how long the foam that supports my neck will last before becoming compacted. But I have been “fluffing” the pillow when making the bed every morning. I have tried numerous pillows to no avail. This is the one I’ve been looking for!

I love this pillow. My neck is more comfortable while sleeping. The only suggestion would be to find a better way for the small insert pillow to stay in place.

I must say that at first, I had to switch to my regular pillow during the night. However, after about two weeks, I am adjusting to your pillow and think it is going to be a winner.

I have arthritis in my neck and the side sleeper gives great support to my head and alignment of my neck. I didn't have to adjust to the pillow, at all - slept great the first night. Recommend to try.

I was experiencing neck pain from sleeping on my old pillow. I've been using PILLO1 for about a month and it works great whether I sleep on my back or my side. Well worth the price to get a good nights sleep.
