Have been sleeping on it for a couple weeks now. Pretty decent pillow, but still not the the answer to all my pillow needs.

I have severe arthritis in my cervical spine and problems with lordosis. I had hoped the Pillo1 would allow me to sleep comfortably but it didn't work out for me. I'm a small person and ordered the size small pillow. The rise of memory foam pillow is 4.5 inches in the front. I woke up with two numb hands. The Pillo1 might work great for people but for a small person with serious neck issues it was definitely the wrong solution. I'm working with PIllo1 now to return the pillow.

at last! A pillow that is everything it says it is! i have a stack of pillow rejects: fiberfill side sleeper pillows, old Tempur-Pedic side sleeper pillows, super-expensive pillows, cheap knock-off pillows, I have tried them all-- hard pillows, soft pillows, big pillows, small pillows-- surely, I thought, there must be a pillow in existence that is soft yet supportive, shaped to support my neck without squashing my shoulder. And there is. And this is it. The best pillow, the most comfortable pillow on which i have ever rested my head. I'm not exaggerating when I say it has changed my life.

I slept all night with my new pillow (Pillo1 Original Select Memory), and for the first time since I can remember, I didn't wake up with the painful tightness and tension in the back of my head and neck, and I actually slept on my back all night. What I wasn't expecting was that my jaw doesn't hurt at all, which means I didn't clench my teeth all night. For years I dreaded going to bed, regardless of how tired I was, because I didn’t want to deal with the body pain I’d have to experience upon awakening every morning. The stiffness and pain in my neck was usually so bad I couldn’t get in the hot shower fast enough to try to find some relief. I wish I had this pillow years ago, but very grateful that I have it now because it is a definite life changer for me. I am actually looking forward to another good night’s sleep tonight. Excellent pillow. I have arthritis in my neck and my neck has not been hurting as much since I used this pillow.

2nd one now, first one was about 8yrs old. Still holding it's shape and all, but noticed the foam starting to degrade and inside of case it was starting to have little foam balls fall off, like the size of sand. But keep the inner case on and just wash the outer cover and you're fine. I'd say 8 yrs 365 days a year for the same pillow is a good investment. How many $30 pillows would you buy in 8 yrs? I'm keeping the old one as a spare , it's still ok, just wanted to freshen it up and buy a new one while it's still around.

After suffering many years from whiplash and herniated discs in my neck, I was hesitant to buy another pillow. Taking the time to research Pillo1 and read the reviews, I concluding that Dr. Hall’s concept made sense, appreciating his design for comfort and spinal alignment. This was not found to be true with other products that I had tried. I ordered the Pillo1 and anxiously waited for it. The first night after it arrived, cautiously it was time to give it a try, assuming that I could wake up the next morning with a headache, neck pain or shoulder tightness, all because of my previous experiences with the other pillows. Some pillows I had tried were too high, too firm or not firm enough due to their minimal form. Seriously, how could my neck relax by staying on the same structural form/level when I was on my side as when I was on my back? We know our physical anatomy support needs change in different positions. For years I have been waking up during the night to adjust the other pillows attempting to get comfortable, only to end up throwing them off the bed so I could at least lay flat. Then time and time again, returning to my old feather pillow that I could squish into whatever shape needed to fit my neck as I slept through the night, never getting a solid, good nights rest. The first time I laid my head on the Pillo1, I found it to be surprisingly comfortable and not at all confining. I liked the contour and how it allowed my head to relax in a bit lower position, easing the compressed discs in my neck yet a supportive way. The Pillo1 also allowed me to roll from my back to my side while not disrupting my sleep. It was the next morning when I woke up that greatly impacted my point of view; To my surprise, I felt good, really good! The pain that I have suffered for years in my neck was significantly reduced. Truly, I feel the Pillo1 is remarkable for anyone who suffers from chronic neck pain and is still trying to find a comfortable pillow that encourages a position to sleep that renews the body as it rests. The Pillo1 is definitely worth the price. I’m so very glad I purchased a Pillo1, I sleep better now than I have in 18 years.
