Extremely responsive to my issue and couldn’t be happier. I made a mistake with the size I ordered and normally I’d expect it to be very hard to change an order after the fact. I emailed from direct from the order confirmation page requesting the correction and it was taken care of quickly. So wonderful.

WOW! My first shopping experience with this company for body jewellery and I am speechless at the quality of product but more so with their AMAZING customer service! I had ordered the wrong size of jewellery and they couldn’t have done more to help me out! They even gave me guidance and help when I was looking for a more tricky style of intimate piercing and the whole process was absolutely seamless. How lovely to connect with such a lovely customer service team, quick responses and a can-do attitude to everything. Thank you Pierced Universe for making things so much easier not to mention your kindness and understanding. You have gained a loyal customer and will 100% be buying more and recommending you to my friends. Wonderful to know if I have any issues or questions I can reach out for a real human response! Keep up the superb work! Very happy!

Love all the jewelry I have purchased from here! I have made several purchases and the jewelry has held up well, with the exception of one earring. It broke after I wore it for one day, but I was sent a replacement right away. Whenever I have had to contact customer service, I always receive a prompt reply.

I have not had any issues using this site. My orders arrive promptly, and the customer service is exceptional in helping with a glitch when I placed an order. It was fixed within 12 hours. The flat back studs are fabulous. Have ordered the for ear piercings and nostril stud.
