I got my daith pierced about 5 years ago and never changed the earring out, so I was a little scared on what jewelry to get. I accidentally ordered 3 pairs of earrings in the wrong size but realized it once I received it. I reached out to customer service to see if anything could be done as I noticed that they had a strict ‘no returns or exchange’ policy. The customer service representative was incredibly kind and helpful! She reshipped my order with bigger sizes at no extra cost! I will definitely order from here again and refer all of my friends and family to do the same! And as for the quality of my items, they were exactly as the photos and was packaged neatly 5/5 🌟

I had a rhinestone fall out of one of the pieces of jewelry I had recently bought. I contacted them with a photo and they promptly sent out a replacement. They were very responsive and easy yo deal with.

I ordered a nose stud so that I could finally replace the stud that I got my nose pierced with. This was my first time purchasing a nose stud and I ended up purchasing a size too small for my nose. I contacted the customer service team about this and they responded very quickly and were super helpful. They are actually sending me a bigger stud even though they don’t except exchanges or returns. Great experience!
