Placed order on 12/8. Still have not received it as of 12/27. Was told it was an error with Amazon shipping and they would be sending a replacement immediately. I have called daily. Each time I was assured I would have it by Christmas. Finally on 12/24 I called and it still had not been shipped out. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money as I now had to go out on Christmas Eve and attempt to find a replacement gift. Called back on 12/26 and was told it was shipped on the 24th. I call bull on this as I told them to cancel the order after they told my it was not shipped. Asked for a return call from a member of management. Was assured I would hear back from them by the end of the day. Again the company had lied to me. Do not use this company.

my boyfriend ordered me a locket for our last christmas together before he’s off at boot camp and it is a mess. $200 for a locket that doesn’t even close. straight out of the box it was dirty and the clasp was damaged. how do you guys send out jewelry like this? this website is just a huge scam for people trying to do something sweet for their loved ones it’s sad. The photos on the inside, make him look like he has lipstick on and again it came completely filthy. it was supposed to be gold and has black streaks all over it like it was dragged across concrete and rubbed in dirt. will be refuting the charges since this place doesn’t like to do refunds or even attempt to acknowledge or help:))) every bad review just gets the same automated apology.

Ordered a double sided scapular medals set from "Pictures on Gold" Dec 16,2025, a Christmas gift for my husband. Paid extra $49 to overnite it to receive it before Christmas. Was delivered December18,2025 however medals were both one sided with flip sides blank. Called them on December 19, 2025, emailed pictures of the blank medals, they stated they would send replacement and assured it would be sent overnight. No email recieved advising the replacement had been sent. Called again December 22, 2025 was told there was no record that anything was sent. Again stated they would send a replacement. No email acknowlegement was received. December 24,2025 still have no replacement and no contact from seller for what was to be a Christmas gift. Called seller again but there was no answer to the phone. Customer service is non-existent with promisses made and no follow through.

I would rate this company lower if there were a lower rating. Complete scam. Their pics of products are misleading, and the jewelry is nowhere near the quality, size, or what they show in their photos online. The dimensions they post are misleading; they stated the crucifix was 1.4" in length, it's barely 1.25 which is a big difference. The 'chain' is almost a thread. Their refund policy is none...after looking through their website, they are calling this "custom" and non-returnable. I won't waste time chasing them and taking this as an expensive lesson. I was in a hurry for Christmas and failed to scrutinize them more closely...Then I found all of the poor ratings of people being so disappointed. Don't fall for them; avoid the loss of money and embarrassment.

I spent over $100 on a St. Michael pendant and the product I received looks absolutely nothing as advertised. It is a complete waste of money. I emailed them as soon as I opened the package because this was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and I was truly shocked at how poor the quality was. They have ignored my 3 emails to rectify this issue. I didn't even ask for a refund, I asked for them to remake the pendant to have the quality they swear by and also advertise. This website is a scam and I highly recommend getting jewelry elsewhere. I could've gotten a much cheaper product for a quarter of the price. I am extremely disappointed.

I’ve had the worst experience with your company. I ordered a personalized charm for a very special baptism on November 18. It was lost in shipping. I’ve spoken with 2 different representatives on 2 occasions. Each confirmed it was lost. Each confirmed they would look into it and either call or email me how we would move forward. No one called me back. No one emailed me. I emailed you and no one responded. I have never given a company a bad review but your company has disappointed at every level. I have gone through the normal channels in trying to get this resolved. Your silence is deafening and duly noted.

I ordered a personalized fire department charm for my husband for Christmas. This is cheap and not as pictured. VERY disappointed and I wanted my money back, can not even discuss that though BECAUSE their customer service is as awful as awful as their product and I cant get a call back. Michelle Curtin

Pictures on Gold is THE WORST! I placed a VERY EXPENSIVE order for 2 photo-engraved necklaces at the end of November, and received one email saying my order was placed, and another stating that my order shipped. In the "order shipped" email, there was a "Track My Order" link. Here it is nearing the END of December, and when/if the "track order" link is clicked it offers NO INFO beyond the date that the order was shipped - back in November! Since I want my order here in time for Xmas, I reached out via their website's "chat window", and spoke/typed with a rep. who BARELY spoke English, and took over 40 mins between responses - the last response, after I gave them my order number, never came, and I disconnected after an hour of waiting. I emailed them directly looking for ANY kind of update - no response. I tried calling their order telephone number - no help. So here it is, Xmas approaching, money spent/WASTED, and no info, or update, about when, or IF, I will get my items. Save your money. Stay away. I repeat, THEY ARE THE WORST!
