PicturesOnGold.comReviews of picturesongold.com

I am very pleased with the black stainless dog tags I had made. The fingerprint angel wings pendant doesn't have as much dimension as it appeared to in the pictures. It is essentially just a flat piece of gold with some etching on it. Shipping and delivery were very quick.

****Please see updated review, below!! So incredibly disappointed with my purchase. I customized two lockets for a memorial gift for a friend and their daughter. I can't even bring myself to give it to them. The locket feels like I got it out of a vending machine and the chain is so brittle. The picture in one locket turned out and the other wasn't completely lasered in. I am beyond embarrassed that I spent as much as I did for something so cheap feeling and looking. If you are thinking about customizing, please don't. I am now stuck with this and unable to return for a refund. *****Update: I would like to thank this company for reaching out to me in order to make things right. It took no more then a couple hours after my review for someone to contact me. It goes to show they will do everything in their power to make a customer happy. After corrections and concerns were sent in, I was given a tracking order and I received my new order 4 days later (16March23). They provided me with an envelope and postage to return my previous order. When they say they will make things 110%, they meant it. I am very appreciative and I will be a returning customer.

I am sorry to hear the complaints, because my experience with this company has been great! They are very fast and accommodating to their customers needs. There was a small problem with a engraving, and you jumped right on it to fix the problem. After the death of my son, everything has went bad, thankyou for making one thing right

I am very satisfied with my purchase with Picturesongold. Good website, a lot of items to choose from.
