I needed a unique military tag with slot of details. I placed the order an hour latter i realized i selected the wrong rank. I spoke to Customer serv rep. She contacted the craftsmen of the change. I received the wrong tag. I contacted cust serv Michelle. She sent me a link to send picture of what i received, and free postage for the return. Within a week i received a new correct tag. It was beautiful. We will definitely be back

Website was organized if offered everything I needed. There shipping seemed reasonable. Product seems nice. They offered some options. I liked that.

The check out was a little confusing and hard to figure out but other than that I liked the link and the product. it is to be a Christmas gift for my step-daughter. I know she will like it. I wish I had seen all the reviews before I had ordered. I never would have. Now I am afraid of what my order will be.
