I ordered two pendants for a memorial for my friends fathers, not only did they love the pendants, but the customer support member Erica went above and beyond to ensure I received it on time!! Happy customer! Thank you!

I was looking for a unique birthday gift for my Baby Brothers bday. I came across PicturesOnGold. My brother is a cop. I ordered 'badge' earrings and customized them with his badge number. The earrings arrived days early and are absolutely adorable! I will be ordering again. Thank You!

After a poor experience, one of the supervisors, Erica, reached out to rectify the situation. She was kind, apologetic, understanding and professional. She stayed in constant communication with quick replies to resolve the issue. The final product I ordered, a personalized sheriff pendant, came out beautiful. I will continue using this company future for my custom jewelry. Erica, thank you once again for your great customer service and assistance.

I bought a 1” solid sterling, silver locket dog foot on front and laser picture of two dogs. It was 100% what I expected with the neck chain. But I was hoping to get us display box but I still presented it to my daughter who lost her dog and we lost a family member, I do appreciate the way we received it in the mail and I thank you very much for our heart on a chain. The box it came was very nice in a blue bag. But over all my daughter cried and so did we. 15 years of pure love.

I recently made an order for a pendent/locket with my mother's picture in it and it was obviously delivered to the wrong mailbox (or stolen). I reached out to PicturesonGold customer service and they graciously sent me another pendent/locket within a week's time. I actually received it and am grateful for their willingness to send out a second order! Thank you PicturesonGold! I LOVE my pendent/locket:)

Just wanted to say what an outstanding job the company did with my sons class ring. I was a bit skeptical but I had a gut feeling and I'm do glad I listened to it. The class ring I ordered for my son came exactly when they said it would be here and the craftsmanship was beyond my expectations. I wish I had used them for my other son's ring who graduated 2 years ago. I know it may seem a bit too good to be true but I'm hear to tell you they are on the up and up. You won't be disappointed! Thanks again!
