Got a locket, the photos inside of it were terrible quality, one had come loose during shipping (even though I paid extra for laser engraving directly onto the locket) and the exterior of the locket itself had scratches in it upon it arriving.

Terrible quality for the price. Looks nothing like pictured. Should have known considering how fast it came. Got a paw print I thought would be engraved, but it looks like white paint instead. Laser engraved pictures inside are dark and poor quality. A paper print would be a million times better. Very disappointed in something I was so looking forward to.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ordering wasn't a problem. Got it within 3 days. I bought a charm necklace for my dad. With a picture of my brother that passed and him. At first it was fine but within a few weeks the charm was already fading. Now you can barely see the picture or the engraving on the back. It's ridiculous especially how much I paid. I hit up customer service about it to try and either change it or get a refund and no one has hit me back up for weeks already. Never again, lessoned learned.

Awful, this company sent us a botched pic on a gold charm $400. I contacted them they told me I had to send pictures of it I sent pictures didn’t hear from them they told me to send it back after I reached out. I sent it back they couldn’t find it and didn’t tell me until I contacted them AGAIN I told them that they should’ve paid attention and check the product before you sent it out well they blamed that on me then told me that I was gonna have to spend another $35 on top of what I already spent to get a different different picture and $10 to see it before they print it to make sure that it’s OK I will never ever ever order from this company again and I don’t even care if they fix my order.

The earrings had my name on it. I got one wear and the stub broke off. I said something about it on Facebook and all I got was booted off the site. Not one apology or offer to send another. Don't be suckered like I was. The earrings cost over 30 bucks. What junk!

HORRIBLE service. You order, they no longer provide the product and they are irritated at the fact you have called 4 times to get the refund!!!! I ordered a gift on 7/6/2021......Today is 8/17/2021 ......were is my refynd. This company is a joke...

Poor quality photo looks like it was cut out and pasted to a piece of metal. Very disappointed!
