Bought an over-priced custom saint medal in sterling silver with a coloured photo. The medal was thin, cheap and after about a month or less it had changed to a dirty brown colour. I tried to clean it but the silver look never returned. Looks old and unclean. Very disappointed. And the photo on it looked dull and lacked the vibrant colour I sent them. I placed another order for a saint medal and after a month or so they are still asking me to send artwork which I have done about 85 times. The manager of this company needs to see this review! Its such a pity because there is a huge demand for these saint medals and this company just dont do a good enough job. Their product is very low standard and too pricey.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Mother’s Day on 4/10 or 11. The item was an engraved picture. It was bad. They agreed to redo it. I said I need it by Mother’s Day. When they returned it I never got notification they were done. Mother’s Day was last week. After I got the tracking number I contacted Fed Ex who told me they contacted picturesongold because they did not add our lot number but got no response. Our lot number was on the first package. I had to then contact pictures on gold to get them to fix this. I did not get the necklace back until Tuesday. I had requested several times for a refund over the couple of weeks. They are still asking me to fix it. I said no I have already purchased something for my daughter and now I need a refund. They said we are sorry. We cannot do that because you are way past your warranty period. Now by my calculations 4/10 to 5/12 is officially 31 days. How is that way past warranty? These people have “good” ratings on their website and a lot of them. I was going by that. Once I started having all the trouble I went to Better Business Bureau. Bad reviews. Much of what I’m going through. It appears they are no longer on Better Business Bureau. I did a review there as well and tried to access it and it kept saying they could not be found. So I used my link from BBB and it says the same thing. BEWARE. BAD COMPANY

I ordered 3 pairs of Script Name earrings and 1 pair of Script Love earrings. Everyone of them are right ear earrings, the name reads upside down in left ear. I paid to have them sent back for repair and received them back the same way again!

Be very careful of this company order a first Communion rosary bracelet was sent a different bracelet they say the first communion bracelet is no longer available and cannot be made however they have 30 of them on Amazon for a much higher price do not trust this company who they do not sell what they advertise

I only wish I would have read reviews before ordering… We ordered a class ring for my son last December to have for his last two years of high school. We ordered a solid gold ring. It was easy to design on their website and we were hopeful about the order. After spending several hundred dollars on this ring, we have had to send it back 3 times in just a few short months to be fixed. The craftsmanship is terrible - it’s cheaply made and the band already cracked. The black enamel around the symbols on the ring lasted all of 2 days - EVERY TIME they make a repair. We finally asked for a refund and we were refused that. The stone became loose in the ring just after getting it. It’s a terrible product and they should be ashamed of themselves for their poor craftsmanship. DO NOT ORDER from this company and buyer beware.

Do NOT order from this company! Paid for all the extras, more importantly to get a proof BEFORE the item was made/shipped. I actually did get the proof I paid for, but after selecting "Update to the Proof" and entering the updates I wanted, I didn't hear anything else from them. When I followed up to ask what the status was, the item was already shipped! Don't waste your money!!!

Ordered cremation lockets. They arrived unable to close. I was informed new ones would be sent and ship the others back in the enclosed envelope. It never came..called company, they said they have to see the lockets first.. informed them I was letting the bank.handle it..they asked me to.drop the dispute. 2 days later a pending deposit 107$ less was in my account for a melting fee..Stay away from this company as far as you can get

I bought a Christmas gift on November 15. I gave the gift on December 25. Unfortunately, the medallion was too small and I requested to return it. The company refused because it was over their 30-day return policy! My advice, is don't purchase a Christmas gift from this company if it might have to be returned unless you purchase it close to Christmas! I was concerned about mail delivery!
