The locket is beautiful, The picture was not as bright as i expected in the first one I received. However, they reached out, and sent a new one, and it is beautiful. The customer service is amazing! I would definitely recommend. I love a company who stands behind their products.

I ordered a pendant with my recently deceased cats picture on it. It arrived really fast and I could not have been more satisfied. It was exactly as presented on the site and like I wanted the picture to look. I have had it now for over 10 months, never take it off and it looks just as good as the day I received it. Your work is excellent.

The locket my wife got she loved. We had an issue with the chain breaking on it the next day, but customer service fixed it and returned it to us pretty quickly. I'm happy with the company.
