Ordered a personalized, engraved locket and the name was crooked. This explains why I got a shipping notice less than 2 hours after I ordered a detailed, engraved locket on 4 sides. It was very cheap looking which is shocking given the cost of the item. Pretty pathetic that they would ship out such a low quality product, and then not allow returns on customized jewelry. Total scam.

My fur baby of 18 years just passed away from cancer. She lost her adopted sister, 19 years old, in 2014. I really wanted to have a special piece of jewelry to carry them with me. I ordered the dog tag with the heart and paid extra for a proof in order to confirm the appearance before approving and shipping. I placed the order very late at night, went to bed, and woke up the next morning saying my order had shipped. What?! I had received an email at nearly 3 am calling itself the “proof,” when all it was was the stock photo of the locket and the the two pictures I uploaded to be engraved in it. I received no proof of what the item would look like as my personalized order, or had the opportunity to approve or deny the “proof” before the email that it had shipped came in around 9 am that same morning. When I called, concerned they had shipped the item without sending me the proof to approve, I got the run around. Eventually, I received text messages asking me if I wanted my money back for the proof OR if I still wanted to see it, even though it was already shipped. I received the necklace yesterday and the picture engravings were nice, but the letter engravings on the front of the locket looked like someone was drunk when they carved them. Looked nothing like the stock photo letters. The “D” looks like an “O” and the “L” looks like they engraved it after taking a round of shots. I immediately called and reported my feelings on the issues and now, I’m just receiving emails telling me it’s been “escalated.” Yeah, the last time it was “escalated” was when Michelle texted me and told me they would only refund me for the proof or keep my money and send the proof the day before it was being delivered. I texted back about the lack of customer service and now they made an already difficult situation even more painful. I have no idea if this is going to be remedied or if I will need to report them to the BBB and be out over $130. Just shameful.

These people over charge for everything, & if you want to return the item, they want to charge you 30% to take it back. Will never ever buy from these people again!!

Horrible Experience: I was so happy to have found a place where I could purchase a graduation ring for my daughter who is graduating this year... From my busy schedule, I stopped everything that I had to do and gave 100% attention to what I wanted and purchased. I wanted a ring for a girl, with a thin band on the side (that is how is perceived on their website) and what I got in return was a ring with a thick band for men. I called and spoke with customer service and they asked me to send it back to fix it. I received a phone call back saying that it was the way I purchased it and they could not do anything. I asked for at least a discount and they granted me 15% off. A few days later, I received a call from Evelyn and she told me she made a mistake on the amount of the discount and they needed to collect from me $ 322. I explained to her that since paypal credit line was connected to my bank account, I could not accept a debit as I did not have that money on my account. She lied to me by saying that since they gave me the credit it was going to cancel out with the debit and at the end, I was going to get a credit on my account. Needless to say, I did not get the refund, but a debit to my bank account. Now, I am off $322 and a ring that I never liked. Be extremely carefull with this vendor, they are the worst, they lie while they tried to be nice. I did try to get the money back from them via PayPal but PayPal went ahead with their story (of course the vendor use them for this scam) and did not care about me, the customer, but that is another story. I just hope you read my post before giving any money to this scammer. BELIEVE ME when I say, it is better to pay a bit more money elsewhere than to have a horrible experience purchasing from them. And if you have a PayPal account, be extremely careful with whom you are doing business with.

Thieves and Abusive company and rude as could be rude Evilyn is a theif, liar and abuses her customers. She’s in management who would put somebody like that in that role she shouldn’t have a job the way she abuses. They talk down to you. The good reviews are fake they are a terrible company nobody knows what they are doing they yell at their customers and don’t want you to call when they haven’t even shipped your order in 2 months. They lie then they disconnect the phone on you and tell you not to call back when they took your money. Evilyn should be terminated. She yelled at us and treated us like garbage when they lied and didn’t send our product! Won’t buy from them again period! Don’t buy anything from these abusive thrieves!

My husband purchased me a charm for my birthday with my dad's picture, he passed 1 year ago. I have only had this charm for less than two months. The first charm received the bale was soldered off to the side that it didn't look at all sturdy. It was sent back within 1 week to be fixed. Now not even 2 months later the inside of the charm where my mom and dad's photo are has began to tarnish. We contacted the customer service email requesting a full refund! The response given is that we are outside of a 30 day return window. I reminded them that we have already returned once within the first week and are experiencing another issue!! I will be pressing this issue with the BBB and bank if the company doesn't willingly refund the order. Not at all paying for faulty products that is broadcasted as a lifetime guarantee on their website. I am highly disappointed with the quality of product and will see to it that my husband's money be returned for something I can't even enjoy having since my father's picture looks terrible on their supposedly great product!! Its clearly cheaply made and over priced. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This company is a joke. Don't waste your money. They claim products that last a life time but we received a product damaged that clearly wouldn't last one single wear and not a word back from them about fixing this. They pick and choose the reviews on their website so if you leave an honest review, they don't display it. Their products are extremely cheaply made.

Don't ever do business with this company. They are untrustworthy. I purchase six locket three key chains. The I order one gold locket for $304.00 they sent it to the wrong address. They refuse to give me a refund or replace the locket. Instead they gave me the run around had to listen to the call then they filed a insurance claim, told me I had to file a police report then said it was not there problem. They are quick to take your money Beware don't do business with this company . Should had read the reviews before I made the mistake
