Ordered 5 memorial lockets from them. Spent over $400 for the purchase as Christmas gifts for a family who just lost their father to cancer. All the orders were perfect, however the less costly locket, the silver one, was not shipped with the chain. Emailed pictures of the order and the locket, and asked if they could send me one chain for the locket they forgot to send, when my printed order clearly stated I paid for a chain. An email was sent back to me stating order is over 30 days old, check the box and package. Checked the box, package, no chain. All I'm asking is for one freaking silver chain I paid for that wasn't included in my order, and they can't honor my request? If I were scamming them out of a chain, then why would I be admitting the other four more expensive lockets had their chains included? If I could leave no stars, I would! Will not be buying from them again!
