On December 28, 2022, I ordered a locket for my grand daughter with a photo inside. By February 10, 2023, the photo fell out of the locket. I contacted POC and they would not accept a return after 30 days. Which tells me they don't expect their product to last a month. Terrible service.

I decided to make a purchase for a Valentine’s Day gift, and everything was fine until I actually clicked to place my order. I was sent to a screen saying my purchase was declined, but when I check my bank account to see if I had enough, I was still charged for the item. There has been no order confirmation email so I know it didn’t go through without me knowing, and the only email is that they notice there is a “problem” with my ordering. I was eager to order because it says they could get it delivered by Valentine’s Day but now I am worried that I won’t have anything at all.

Ordered a 14k gold quarter sized engraved personalized pendant for almost $400. It arrived in 2 days and was beautiful. The thickness however is completely misleading in the photos and it is paper thin to the point of sharp. Contacted CS they wanted to charge an additional $254 to add a double thickness to it. Of course returns are not accepted. Very disappointing and an embarrassment since this was a gift.

Ordered a pendant and chain for my boyfriend for Christmas. The item arrived with incorrect engraving and the wrong chain size (smaller than what I paid for). I had to jump through hopes for weeks to finally get a return shipping label so that I could return the item and they could send the correct one. I just received the new item. It is now January 19 and far too late for Christmas. And the chain was the wrong size AGAIN. I spoke to 4 customer service representatives only to be told that a pre-paid shipping label would not be issued and if I want a refund I need to pay a 20% remelting fee. I’m livid that I’m going to have to pay the cost of shipping AND an unreasonable “remelting” cost for an item THEY screwed up TWICE and that was not able to be given for Christmas as planned. In addition, the quality of the item was cheap even if it had been correct. The abysmal customer service for this company rivals Comcast for the absolute worst (and everyone knows Comcast is notorious for their horrendous customer service). NEVER again would I give this company a penny of my money or recommend them to anyone.

The photos in the locket were blurry and scratched. I asked for replacement photos and they sent me them in the wrong size. I asked them to send me the photos in the correct size and they sent me the wrong size FOUR TIMES. I’m asking for a refund.

I placed an order for Xmas. Product arrived on 11/28/22. It looked gaudy, cartoonish, and one of the items was already beginning to tarnish. I returned it and it was received back in on 12/10/22. It is now 1/11/23 and I sill have not received my refund. I've sent multiple emails and I keep getting emails back from "Florence" that they're working on it and to "Please, be patient". They charge shipping, you have to pay to return an item, and then they charge a 20% re-melting fee on said item(s). What? The items pictured on the website look like dainty, neatly written jewelry that MY girls would have loved. Don't buy from this company. It's not worth it. It's a rip-off.

This is the worst company to purchase jewelry. I ordered a chain and a medallion and the medallion wouldn't fit on the chain. I tried to return it and they sent me a link that did not work and did not get back to me in over two weeks when they said they would. Please take your business elsewhere.

I sent back my medal to pictures on gold to replace, no 14K stamp and poor quality. They sent me back a medal still with still no 14K stamp and it seems all they did was polish medal and send back same one. This company is not reputable and I would suggest going elsewhere. They do not deliver as promised. CEO DANIEL SCHIFTER only care about bottom line and robbing customers INFERIOR PRODUCTS. HE’s ON LINKED IN. DON’T TRUST HIM. Stay away, they are crooks.Anything Florence who replies says when replying is a lie. She just facilitates complaints, but does not rectify issue. It’s all lies STAY AWAY FROM PICTURES ON GOLD UNLESS YOU WANT A PROBLEM SPENDING YOUR MONEY
