Terrible customer service. Bought an expensive 14k gold locket with necklace for my mother inlaws birthday of her deceased parents. Locket came damaged. Company refused to work with me about finding a solution. I would not suggest you order anything from them. I told them I would write a bad review about their service and they did not care. BUYERS BEBWARE!

I just learned more about a company called PicturesOnGold.com pulled on my 80 year old parents! They purchased a medal for their granddaughter for Christmas. My parent's accidentally ordered the wrong medal but didn't find out about it until February. I didn't want to hurt parent's feelings. I tried to exchange it for the correct medal, but the company declared it was past their 30 day policy! I contacted them before the end of the year! But they again and again refused an item exchange. My parents then contacted the company. And after several emails, "Florence" says that the medal was custom and could not be returned! There was nothing CUSTOM about the medal, it was listed as an item on their website! They spent over $200! They notified the BBB! Please let your friends and family know about this SCAM company.

Absolutely ridiculous! $170 for something that looks like it came out of a 25 cent vending machine! Literally a piece of plastic!! I am beyond disgusted, I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing now I’m stuck with this $170 piece of plastic because it was personalized and lasered with a picture of my boyfriend’s grandmother who passed, this was going to be his birthday present and now I have to spend MORE money on something else!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a necklace , they spelled my name wrong. After lots of time and energy , they didn’t give me a refund or replacement. Side note. My name is Ashley. They spelled it AshEly. That alone is pathetic. Then to not fix it. I sent a pic and everything and nothing. This was after I was told I would get a refund after I sent a pic. I received nothing.

Ordered with guaranteed overnight delivery. Did not get delivered overnight. Company offered nothing for the delay, even when I asked for just the difference between overnight and standard delivery refunded. They were rude in correspondence and only offered a 10 dollar refund after escalating the complaint with the BBB. From start to finish, every email was rude and had snarky replies. For the quality was not worth the time and money. Such a neat concept ruined by the worst customer service ever.

Dishonest. Sent wrong size medal. I returned it as instructed. They only gave me a refund of $115 but the medal I paid for cost almost $160. When I questioned it the said the took a 20% remelting charge off be cause it was 'specially made for me'. It was a basic saint medal, no engraving or special instruction. They also refused to pay shipping of $12 that I had to pay when they sent me the wrong item in the first place. This place will rip you off. Don't buy from them. See below, there was NEVER a phone conversation.

Junk! I ordered a silver Saint Adjutor swimming medal. Why any company would sell a swimming medal in silver is beyond me. It turned black and it would not take any type of silver polish or any other fix on my end. It’s nothing but a cheap piece of tin. We have strict consumer lives in California, and I will be filing a complaint. They kept saying I was past the 30 days to return it, but I had started the conversation with them for 30 days and they ran out the 30 days with a barrage of ridiculous emails that were repetitive and frankly insulting. Horrible company and one of the worst Customer Service experiences I’ve ever had.
