As soon as i put the bracelets on they broke the first time they replaced it the 2nd time no response to my email the one in the box is the first broken one and the on without the box is the second one.

Terrible experience. I ordered 2 medals with chains for my children’s baptism. They arrived fast, however they look a little cheap and they were packaged in what seemed a cling film attached to a plastic frame. I was sure that it said that they’ll come with a box and went back to the website to check. It was there - a nice black box for free with purchase. So I contacted them to complain. They told me that those are their new boxes because of covid manufacturing issue. What!!! Covid ended 2 years ago! Why is the picture of the old box still there instead of the crappy new one (which is not a box btw). I asked for a partial refund to buy boxes because of false advertising but of course heard nothing back.

This has been really uptight! I'm a 911 dispatch and I've never been so much disappointed with an agent like this before. First, this guy named FRANK! This man, I believe has never really helped me at all. The way he communicated with me as a customer is below average. Not sure if this guy is from America! (NOT A RACIST). But enough with that s**t! I'm a long time customer and I haven't been so frustrated like this before, First of all you're fu*** Next Day Deliver is none sense! I requested(Rather, choose the fastest option since my order is for a special event but look what happen?? I've got nothing on the day I expected that order to come!!!! You guys are full of s**t! extremely low quality. it's so embarrassing to give this as a gift knowing I spent two hundred dollars. I made an mistake not reading the reviews before ordering. wish me luck, I'm going to try to return this.

I ordered a 14k pendant which also was suppose to come with a chain which I did not receive. The pendant was bent. I contacted the company and they offered to send the chain. However I told them that I wanted to return the pendant. They did not even offer to discount the errors. Because of their mistakes and the fact that I unfortunately missed the return policy, they took a little short of $50 from me for a restocking fee. I do not know how this is even legal due to the fact that they will resell that same item which in turn they will receive even more money. This item is not worth the cost. It is very thin (vegan pendant).

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased 2 pendants. When they arrived they were not at all what I ordered. They had me take pictures of what I received and email to them. I wanted to return but did allow them the chance to send me new ones. When those came in they too were incorrect. I called and wanted to return. They wanted me to take pictures again!!! Then they would decide. If I return they are going to charge 20%!!! I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life! Now have i ever had to take pictures and email into any company I’ve purchased from before. They are a SCAM!!! Do NOT buy from them

Purchased a bezel photo charm from them for my sons birthday. There were two choices in size, a nickel size 3/4x3/4 and a quarter size 1x1. I bought the nickel size. However, when I received the charm it was a little smaller than the size of a dime. I had purchased a rope photo pendant before from which measurements where listed as the size of a half dollar and it came exactly as that size. When I got with customer care about the sizing of the charm they sent, they stated the nickel size measurement was with the bail included. When I told them that this was not the case according to their website and provided them pictures of their website description for both charms (new and old) and their website and my ruler measurement, they still claimed the measurements are with the bail. They literally have pictures of the different size pendants next to each sized coin as with a ruler stating the size without the size of the bail. Very manipulative and extremely deceptive. If you are marketing something as a certain size and that is what I am paying for, it needs to be that size. Please beware of this company and their bad business practices. Definitely reported them to the BBB. Not to mention them consistently saying their products are a percentage off on every holiday and the pricing hasn’t changed in years. From their reply below, this should let you further know about this company. I ordered the size of a nickel as stated on their website, they gave me a little smaller than a dime. Like other reviews, than they try to upsell you and try to get you to pay more money.
