Fingerprint GP pendant cheap ! The picture was smeared with white marks ( not pictured as original sent ) Customer service was awful! Forget about messaging their mail boxes full all the time, ordered late and got a hold of them first thing in the morning to cancel this pendant and was told they started on it but didn’t receive for 6 days later ! It looks like a cheap piece of jewelry and for the price of $225 dollars I would have expected something better ! Do Not Order from this Company ! No returns or refunds ! Disappointed I wanted a nice memory piece of my mom and this wasn’t it !!! Horrible

Laser engraved pictures look nothing like ads. I can’t even tell what they are because they just reflect light. I haven’t worn this locker yet and it wouldn’t close shut after opening it. Guess I need warranty service before I even wear it. I’ve already returned it once because picture was wrong. So disappointing, I got the engraving & birthstone because I wanted to make it special for my loved one I am grieving, so I spent $300. The engraving is so small I can’t read it. Major bummer, wish I could get refund. I see the company made a statement saying it was repaired and sent back. It was repaired but the picture is not like the one I sent & the other picture reflects so much light I can’t see what it is. In addition, the locket won’t stay shut. It just pops back open.

why do you think they have a 2.6 rating. stuff is total junk and whats worse is they wont accept returns. They send typical copy/paste responses. its 2026 hold these trash bag companies accountable and make them accept returns for this junk. if you love junk please buy buy buy from them

I’d give ZERO if I could as I am extremely disappointed with the company and the craftsmanship of jewelry! I have bought multiple items and they break rather quickly, one of which was a custom charm. The charm detached from the bell which slides onto the chain. Clearly poor craftsmanship and therefore the charm got lost. I reached out to the company and they refused any assistance even though I showed them multiple photos that the bell was defective causing the charm to fall off and get lost. The bell is still on my son’s necklace weeks later yet they won’t take accountability for the poor craftsmanship and replace the charm. They lost a customer who has made many purchases and sucked up defects on multiple items til now! Buyer BEWARE!

I ordered a custom police officer star badge necklace, and it looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. The star wasn’t even symmetrical, the lettering was crooked and misaligned, it arrived scratched, and the bottom of the pendant started turning black almost immediately. I returned the pendant and requested a refund, but the company refused because it was a custom order. They know exactly what they’re doing by having a no-refund policy on custom items. The quality is terrible, and the product is nothing like what’s shown on their website. Don’t buy from this company. You’ll be stuck with a cheap, poorly made product and no refund.

This company is a scam! I purchased a locket that was scratched and a sterling silver necklace (still have never received) and they will not give me a refund. I have now escalated it to the BBB and they still are saying no refund, but they’ll send me a chain with my damaged locket. Do not waste your time or money. It’s a scam!

We ordered two religious medals there were supposed to be solid 14K white gold. Both medals had a different picture than what was advertised. One of the medals was yellow and was not stamped. We tried reaching out to the merchant but they ghosted us. Buyer beware. We were scammed by this company. We learned a very hard lesson that you should never purchase jewelry online.

I wish I had read these poor reviews before I dealt with this company. I ordered a charm with a photo, the photo I sent was very light and bright in color and the charm came out so dark you could barely see the pic on the charm. Instead of giving me a refund they decided to send a second charm that was the exact same as the first one. I could not get in touch with the company by phone after many attempts. I had to send numerous emails back-and-forth to this person. I stated I was sending the items back because they looked nothing like the photo I sent. Instead of a refund they gave a credit, minus a shipping charge, when my original order was free shipping? Why am I deducted a charge, it wasn’t my mistake. I contacted my credit card company because I’m not going through this again. Question a company that will not offer a refund for their mistake. I stated I don’t trust such a policy with any company. My review was longer, but the company decided to say it was “defamatory” which it was not. It was an honest review very detailed. Trust pilot contacted me and said they decided it was Not defamatory. My advice , read the reviews before dealing with them!!!!!!!
