I believe this website is a scam. Well it can't be a scam since they do have a working number/customer service. But they definitely false advertise on their website. They must use stock images. Do not trust their website, and or marketing materials. I paid $100 extra for laser engraving and it came out NOTHING like the website advertised "superior quality & color." The laser photo engraving I received came out NOTHING like what the website advertises. I even sent it back for them to re-do, they sent me a photo proof to review and accept, I approved that. Then what I received in the mail after again was nothing of what I approved. The quality of the laser engraving completely alters and distorts the image. It is really disappointing that the website advertises one thing, then you receive an item completely different!

I just received my locket today. Immediately felt that this was a cheap product. The photo inside was yellowed. I contacted the company several times. First I called, because I made a mispelling and wanted to pay to get it fixed. Ok all was ok, but then I decided to chat with them regarding the yellowing. At first Florence said ok, but eventually she just stopped responding to the chat! I decided to wear it for an hour to decide if I can live with the yellow color. When I got home, wow, the locket was now misaligned and cannot be closed, it won't lock. Also - the inside engraving (the one that was misspelled) was GONE! ??? How can engraving fall out??? I sent them a message now and I have pictures too that I will send in the morning. But I advise to AVOID this company. A $200 mistake, I trusted too much.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a sterling silver pendant with my husband's fingerprint on it for myself and 1 for our daughter. Within days they tarnished, I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement but 1st I had to return the ones I had, which I did. I received the 2nd set of pendants and they tarnished within hours of putting them on. I contacted the company again wanting my money refunded. I had taken the 2nd set of pendants to a reputable jeweler and was told the pendants were made of some sort of cheap metal not sterling silver. Before the company would process a refund I had to return the 2nd set of pendants which I did, 8 weeks ago. Now they are telling me they never received the pendants. How convenient. What a disgraceful way to treat a grieving family. I will probably never receive my refund.

So disappointed! Ordered a locket bracelet for a gift. The locket fell off twice in one day. Spoke to customer service who promised to makes new one and solder the ring on the locket so it couldn't fall off. The new one arrived with the ring open! Spoke to customer service and they refused a refund saying it was past the date, when they were the ones who took three weeks! I sent them pics as they requested but they said they weren't good enough. How can I take a good pic of something that's an eighth of an inch? Now I have two useless bracelets. I'm going have to find someone who can solder it. I will NEVER use this company again. What a rip-off!

Not sure how to rate as I'm still hoping the outcome will be good. Ordered a necklace with pendant #32 with none engraved. Expedited shipping as this was a birthday gift. Received in plenty of time, very quick service! Unfortunately the clasp in the necklace broke, pulled apart. Not sure if it wasn't welded properly or what but instead of being a solid closure it opened to be more like a hook which cause the necklace to fall off while riding. Found the necklace but the pendant was lost. Contacted support right away. Actually answered on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! Wow great! Immediately sent email requesting picture of broken necklace/clasp. Received confirmation that email was received. This all happened immediately. I was so impressed. Explained in return email that this was a gift and paid extra for expedited service and would like replacement just as promptly. I was expecting with the quick responses and exceptional original order quickness to have received a tracking # for replacement just as fast. Unfortunately I haven't received a responce since original confirmation that pictures were received. It's been less than a week but again it was a gift that broke 2 days after received, I have a very impatient teen lol. Hoping to update review with a quick resolution and no further issues. Most only report negative but I'm confident there are 10 times good for each bad I've read. I'm hoping to be the good as I was very happy with original order especially recieving the order so quickly. I'm hoping this was just a fluke on the product and replacement will be sent ASAP! Thank you UPDATE... Imagine that, took a review to finally get a response. I was notified that the necklace would be replaced but not the pendant. The pendant was the reason for the purchase. Honestly, I can get a necklace anywhere. Yes I realize it was the necklace that broke but if it hadn't broke I'd still have the pendant! Oh but hey I can rebuy it with an undisclosed discount! What a joke! No tracking info as necklace isn't replaced yet just an email that they plan to! Changing rating to 1, I was hoping it would have went the other way and been more positive.

My girlfriend bought me a gift for my birthday and was hoping for a beautiful medal. When she received it was tiny and flimsy. The customer service rep she talked to assured he the larger medal would be much better so she spent MORE! The larger one it still extremely poor quality. Since we were traveling we did not get around to asking for a refund and sending it back until less than a week over the 30 day refund window. Now they are refusing to give my girlfriend her money back. We don’t want store credit for garbage quality. Pictures on Gold, Alivia and Danny and Jewelry 14 K are all scam companies! Do not buy from them!

This is my second bad review on this company. As I told you in the first one there would be a problem with the refund. Store credit. Why would I buy anything else from you. DO NOT BUY from Pictures on Gold. Bad customer service, Awful policy, no a happy purchase at all.

I ordered a Divine Mercy(DM) Ring and Miraculous medal (MM) pendant. They sent a MM ring and a MM pendant that was so dark and unlike the photo on the web. I sent an email + they asked to fix it. I said ok. The sent a DM ring that was so poorly made and unlike the photo on the website and the MM was so dark and you couldn't even see the detail. Then they wanted to make me pay for their mistakes/misrepresentation and charge me for shipping. THEN they shorted me $35 on my refund. I read about this happening + before shipping asked them to give me 100% refund and they said yes. But they only gave me a partial refund. They are a full on Scam with POOR quality NOTHING like their photos. They have 2 other websites that are the same company. One is called Sacred Medals and the other Alivia and Danny.
