Worst, dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Run to a reputable website. I spoke with someone and asked about their return policy. She said 30 days from the time you receive the item. Did not like what was sent (actually ugly). When I called to start a return they said there was a 20% restocking fee. I have contacted my bank and furious with what I have to deal with. Do not even enter the website

What I have to say about this company is so bad I do not have a name for it. They are dishonest, liars and I do not know how they stay in business. They are engaged in false advertising and when request a refund or exchange all you get is run around. I will never deal with them again. The only reason I did not sued them it's because I am in Florida and it would have been costly. I just left them be.

Poor quality in illegible engraving.

Recieved "fingerprint" bracelet that looked more like braille on a chincy piece of tin. This was not indicative of my deceased son's memory. I returned the bracelet and waited longer than promised for refund. The refund was short $26.44 for as I was told a "remelting fee". I returned it because of shoddy workmanship, not to get ripped off. Don't give this company business until they get it together. Where's Elon Musk?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…..PERIOD! I ordered a EMS pendant and it was so thin you could see thru it! Then I was dumb enough to order a baseball pendant and had it engraved. Instead of putting the pendant on a silver piece so you could engrave on the back of it so you could read it, they engraved it on the pendant so small I had to get a magnifying glass out to read the engraving I paid for that no one will ever read! To POG, your company is a joke, all you do is care about money and screw the customer! Get your sh$& together! I hope the president reads these horrible reviews!

I ordered earning Dec 4, 2024 paid 60.00 approx. I still don't have them. I keep reaching out and today I was told if I pay more money they will send a replacement. The last time I asked I was told it's in transit. SMH. How about you just give me a refund.

Worse company ever. I ordered a police pendant and the order went through fine, or so I thought. After this fraudulent company collected my money from my bank, I received a text, yes I said text stating they need me to send them my government ID and a picture of my card to verify it's not fraud. This was after they got my money. Now obviously I'm a cop so why would I be ordering a badge pendant. My bank stated this this is strange for them to ask for that after charging my card. I called to cancel my order and i was told to wait. Wait, you didn't wait to take my money. FYI, the ceo name is Daniel Shchifter and I will be contacting him also. This is the worst company in the world and customer service is awful. I will be filing a law suit and every site I see this company on, l will warn customers not to buy from them.

I purchased a locket on November 12 2024. The locket came to me tarnished without engraving . It was horrible. When I requested a refund and went back and forth with pictures on gold this is what. I’m still waiting and going back and forth. They tell me they’re busy with all the returns from the holiday. I’ve now filed a claim with my bank and disputing this $200 charge.
