If I could give 0 stars I would. Worse delivery experience ever!!! never received my items. Spent 5 hours on the phone during the course of a week and 2 full days waiting on a delivery that never came. had a hard time reaching a person to talk to and when I did I was told I was first on the list for the second time/day that they were suppose to deliver my items. The items never arrived on the second scheduled day and I did not receive a phone call or text letting me know they were not coming. I received an email 2 days later that they ran out of time and had to many deliveries to deliver my items on the second promised day. very disappointed!!!!

Horrible customer service they are the same day delivery company for Big Lots I ordered a mattress at 9:30 in the morning I had to reach out to them at 4 p.m. to find out what was going on with my delivery they told me they don't have time to deliver it today I told them I would be sleeping on the floor since I gave my mattress away this afternoon they basically told me that's just too bad they can schedule me for four days out!!!!!! They told me they're just too busy and they don't have any answers for me of when my delivery can actually be here did not offer any type of comfort compensation do not recommend to anybody horribly unprofessional and very very rude

My experience with this company was AWFUL!!! I purchased some furniture from my local home furnishing store and they mentioned this company to me as a great delivery service. Against my better judgment I decided to give them a try and boy do I regret making that decision. After paying my $199.00 delivery fee upfront I was given a delivery date and an approximate time of delivery. I had to take an entire day off work because the time window was scheduled for the first part of the morning and let’s just say THEY NEVER CAME OR CALLED!! I had to keep calling them for an update in which no one could give me answers and to make a long story short I had to keep communicating with the store because they hadn’t been updated by this company as to when my merchandise would be picked up and let’s just say they wasn’t happy either. I finally get a call the next day only for them to tell me that they could not deliver my furniture until another 24 hours which would have been two days after my original delivery date that I had already paid for. I could not believe the unconcerned tone of the staff that called me and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! They are unprofessional, do not keep their word and they DO NOT FOLLOW up with their customers. It’s been 10 days since my cancellation and I still haven’t received my refund after having to find another delivery company at the last minute. If I could give a zero star I would.

Total trash of a company. Paid $75 for same day delivery between 5pm-7pm.. it’s now 815pm with no call.. nothing.. then I call I was put on hold for 21 mins until they said there was no one to take my call.. I call again another 20 mins still nothing. This business is complete trash.. avoid at all costs.

Terrible booked and never showed up. Call 40 mins after window and said a carpet was too big .... never asked the size it was 5x5. Ridiculous

Pickup partnered with Big Lots to deliver furniture, I placed my order through Big lots and arranged for delivery for Sunday 08/30/20 from 11-1, the time came and went, so I called Pickup and they stated they had no one in the area to deliver, my question was why wasnt I notified. So I asked to speak to a manager and George took the call states he would set it up for 8/31/20 from 10-12, because I explained to him my mom is 77 and I had people with her to assist her and I had to pay them. Well after 12 pm nobody from Pickup called despite George stating he would set a reminder to call me to make sure my stuff was picked up. I call three times and once they stated that a supervisor would call me back in 15 minutes and that never happened so I called two additional times and they stated a manager is not available. So as I am calling around looking for a uhaul truck or someone to pick up the furniture I checked my email and Pickup cancelled my delivery, mind you still no call from a supervisor. Wow I cannot believe the unprofessionalism from this company. Please do not trust them, very unreliable and all the customer associates I spoke to cook care less. Spend your money and your time somewhere else

Was told someone would call to schedule my delivery right after purchase. Five hours later and I had to reach out. Two hour wait for call back and finally got it scheduled for next day (2 hour window). No one ever showed up. No call. Had to wait another two hours to get ahold of someone. They said no one was scheduled for delivery today and I would have to try again tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous to pay 100$ for a four min drive to receive no notification that no one was coming. Filing a complaint with the store. Cancelled the delivery. Missed an entire day of work. Never use this company.

I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them zero. I waited the 4 hour window for the call that they were picking up my delivery at the store. I booked a few days before. No one ever called me. Once I hit the 4 hour mark I called customer service to see what happened. I was on hold and kept getting a message that they were experiencing long wait times. Eventually I got an automated message saying someone would call me back. 2 1/2 hours later someone called and said they couldn't get by to pick it up and they would reschedule me for the next day. Oh and I had to get another 4 hour window. Couldn't get by? I had a scheduled appointment with both a text and email confirmation. Customer service was not concerned about it either. Was told there is nothing we can do for you other then give you a new 4 hour window. When I said I wanted to cancel and get a refund he just said ok. Very irresponsible company.
