Deliver when expected. Avoid hold times.... Currently on hold for 35 minutes and it states "your estimated hold time is 10 minutes", same message for 35 minutes and counting. Yikes.

I was schedule for delivery on Sunday between 3-5. I finally got a phone call from the Customer Service after 6:30 to tell me they were not going to be able to make the delivery. They then asked when a good time on Monday would I be? 12-3 I told them. 1 o'clock rolls around and NO calls so I took it upon myself to call them. I was supposed to get a call back from them after I left 2 messages. 3 1/2 hours later I get a return call. Meanwhile I have already gotten someone on the phone which told me yes I will still get my delivery on Monday that the drivers would be in Williamsburg with 30-45 mins. That was at 2:00. Yup you guessed it... the 4:39 call which was just someone returning my call from earlier NOT the customer service rep call me back to tell me they WERE NOT coming again. I kind of figured that when it was already after 4:00. AGAIN I was told that my couch would be delivered on Tuesday now. After 2 more phone calls with them on Monday night they assured me that it would be delivered on Tuesday. I again was asked when I wanted it to be delivered. I told them I did not care what time just deliver my dang couch!!! When I had not hear from anyone by 12 on Tuesday I called yet again. You guesses it! there was no delivery scheduled. Kathleen (which was the at least 3rd person I talked to) assured me that it would be delivered today. She was going to call the district "whatever " supervisor for the lack of the exact term. After finally getting a schedule time she said she would pass along my name, number & situation to "higher ups" and they would be giving me a call back. It's Thursday now. I even sent 3 different emails and responded to a text they sent with a not good review. Still no one NOT a single person has email or called me to discuss my situation. Yes it is a great concept but it is only good if it works. Don't tell people you will be able to deliver something to them and NOT do it. I know if I hadn't called them I would still be waiting on my couch. It might work ok in bigger cities but it doesn't work to well in Williamsburg VA. Just beware if you have a problem it's extremely hard to speak with someone.

Hello Christina, The order that was established through Big Lots on Friday, October 16, 2020, was never picked up. We ( husband & I) continuously reached out to the 3rd party ( PickUpNow) to check on the status of the delivery up until the hour of 9:00 p.m. And we continued to get voicemail & some customer service calls. We were able to speak to them but they told us that there was nothing they could do and try to call back again. Which we did, but still not success. So we went to Big Lots in person and cancelled the order.  Unfortunately the level of customer service that was provided by PickUpNow was substandard. In the future you may want to take into consideration better methodologies for your customer service department. Disappointed customer.

I scheduled a delivery for 10-12 I did not hear from anyone.... ever 1230 came around I tried to call the company and I was on hold for thirty minutes, hung up tried again was on hold for twenty minutes. Finally I called again and selected “order a delivery” since I figured they wouldn’t make new clients wait so long, I got right through, the lady on the phone was nice but tried to transfer me again to hold for the other department to which I said no thanks and canceled my deliver since it was almost 1 pm and the order had not even been picked up from homegoods. I’m ok with people being late but no communication and no way to get in contact with your delivery person is absolutely terrible customer service

I ordered something from At Home yesterday. Yesterday evening, I got an email stating my order had been delivered. Nothing was delivered. I was home the whole time. No one knocked. No one called. When I called the Customer Service line published on the internet, it doesn't even ring, just shuts the call down. All I want to know is where did my order go, & when will I get my money back? In the last 2 months, virtually everything I have ordered has been undelivered or has gone home with the carrier to enjoy. This is the last thing I have delivered. I'm tired of losing my money.

Was trying to use this company when my wife and I purchased a tv stand from home goods, and was told that they have a policy that for the safety of their movers that they do not deliver to military bases. We live in an area that is approximately 100 miles of military bases, I have never had a company say that before, and wouldn’t want to give them business if I could now.

I recieved a call that they would be at my house in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later they called me back asking for my order number and saying I never placed an order. They were getting mad at me and kept handing the phone to different people saying they didn't have information for me and I didn't pay. (I paid over $60 in delivery). I had to call customer service to ask them what was going on. They suddenly had my order and were still at the store. They finally delivered my chairs but they weren't covered or protected they just pulled them out of the back of a truck. The leather chairs had smudges and scratches all over them and looked like they had been beaten up and rubbed bad. They didn't seem to care about the product.

This service is horrible. They do same say service for Biglots. I ordered a recliner that was supposed to have been delivered yesterday. Did not deliver. Then was told that they would deliver today and would email and text with delivery updates. Nothing not even a phone call and still no delivery. I ended up having to borrow a vehicle to have my recliner picked up. this pickup customer service is beyond horrible you cannot every get anyone on the phone ot help you. I will never use this service again and would not reccomed anyone else to either. the least that they could do is try and communicate what is going on.
