Terribly unreliable. I would urge any business using this company as a third-party vendor to drop them now. On top of not fulfilling their services, they have horrible communication and leave the onus on the customer to repeatedly call and reschedule their failed delivery appointments to no avail. Even after calling to cancel the order they are so incompetent they neglected to do that. Awful company that deserves to go under.

Terrible service from this company. I tried reaching them via numerous chats and phone calls. No one gave me a straight answer and my couches were never delivered on the rescheduled day. ZERO follow up. FOLLOW-UP: I had to go to Big Lots and cancel my order (with PICKUP delivery) and get a local delivery person to deliver my two couches. Any follow-up now from PICKUP delivery is useless. Maybe when I called and chatted with you non stop for two days you should have helped me instead of lying and telling me dispatch would call me.

This is the worst Company for Customer service! Paid for a furniture delivery , sceduled a time window , then no communication at all. Furniture showed up 5 hours late ! Chatted with customer service and they could not answer any of my questions. Asked for a 50% discount and they flat out said no. If I could give it no stars , I would. I will also make it a point to leave bad reviews of them anywhere I can as they treated me like garbage after getting my money.

Absolutely the worst. I scheduled delivery of a couch, with a delivery window of 1-4pm on Sat. Did the live chat Sat am and confirmed that delivery was on schedule. Received a text at 3:50pm advising that they were running behind and i would need to reschedule. (Not weather related... it’s sunny and clear here). Did another live chat. After 40 min, was told the soonest they could deliver would be Tuesday - 3 days from now - but they’d give me a “discount” on the price. Absolutely the worst service. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone.

They don't take responsibility for timely delivery saying that they have no control over it because they use "independent contractors." They are the ones getting the money for "same-day delivery" though. After 4 days of dealing with them not having delivered my items, I went to the store and canceled the whole purchase.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. The level of unprofessionalism is unreal. I ordered a mattress from big lots with same day delivery on Friday January 22nd to be delivered the next day between 9am and 9pm. The next afternoon around 2pm I got a text saying I would need to call to reschedule because my order couldn't be delievered. Isabelle at pickup scheduled me for the next day again 9am to 9pm. That day by 8pm still no word. I call the number and I spoke to Jim or Justin, Some "J" name. He told me their delivery windows were a week out because they have a shortage of drivers but promised to have my delivery to me within the next 2 days and get my delivery fee refunded. Monday and Tuesday I hear nothing. By Thursday almost a week after my purchase and a few emails he finally calls me and tells me "they didn't forget about me they are still trying to find a driver" I wait the weekend and hear nothing. I email him today Monday. 10 days after my original order and hear nothing. I text the original number that told me to reschedule and that person tells me that since it's been over PICKUPS 7 day delivery window they are going to have to cancel my order. So i went into big lots tonight and spoke to the associate there. He tells me that the woman from PICKUP has been calling almost daily (as I'm sending emails) telling them to cancel my order!! Starting on the original day my order was supposed to be delivered!!! They were never going to deliver my items and they tried to make it look like it was big lots fault. The associate seemed just as upset with this company like I wasn't the only person going through this with them. If you can avoid using them I would!!

Whatever you do, pickup some other company to do your delivery. These jerks were referred to me by HomeGoods. I scheduled them for a pickup today and they no showed and didn't even bother to call me. To make matters worse no one answers the phone so you're stuck with online chat or email support. My scheduled time was 5-7pm. At 6:15 I chatted with the support person (Justin *supposedly) who proceeded to lie to me. I was told they had dispatched a crew to pickup my delivery and that I could expect them in the next hour or so. It's now 8pm and guess what, chatbot Justin now tells me that they aren't going to deliver my item. I waited around most of the afternoon because of this delivery.

I will never used with this company I bought furniture from RH and all furniture arrive with damages They delver large sofa with a pickup van Don’t even used with them I prefer to pay more and get it done professionally
