Jhael and Ivan were amazing. They texted me at the start of my day to update me on the shipment and coordinate to make sure I would be available at our new home instead of showing up unannounced. They worked with me on a timeline to deliver and make sure everything went smoothly. Throughout the morning, I continued to receive texts from them letting me know their progress as they arrived at the facility to pick up the furniture. They let me know it was taking a little extra time since the most important part of our delivery, the Broyhill U-shaped sectional, was damaged when they received it. They worked with the Big Lots employees to ensure that they received a new, perfect and undamaged sectional to deliver. Upon arrival, they were incredibly friendly, asked plenty of questions to make sure that the couch ended up in the exact room and position we wanted and also was navigated through the house in a way we were happy and comfortable with. They were quick and diligent in getting the couch and other items in, ensuring that any extraneous garbage was cleaned up and that the house was left just as pristine as it was when they arrived. I had an amazing experience with my delivery today because of the professionalism and great work ethic of both Jhael and Ivan.

Same day delivery with this company was great! There was constant communication up until and even after the item was delivered. Delivery person was courteous and professional.

Easy to squedule, pay, and keep informed of updates thru the app. Same day delivery. They delivered within the time frame given at the start. The guys had to go twice to pick up my furniture at the store as it didn’t fit in the truck at one go at no extra charge to me, it was raining, but they still remained friendly. I recommend.

Devon and Chris did a great job. They communicated frequently before arriving and were careful with our delivery and assembly.

Josh A. and and Andy V. were great! They carried everything (crib and dresser) upstairs and then assembled. Afterward they went over all of the info I would need to move the crib up and down, and make sure the dresser attaches to the wall for safety. Highly recommend!

Super happy with the work and communication of Andy V. & Josh A. These guys both went above and beyond on delivery of baby furniture and fixed a mistake from a previous delivery (NOT this team). Not only did they take my furniture upstairs to the nursery, they unboxed it and made sure I signed off on the correct product and it’s functioning. They also removed an incorrect order, that’s been a huge stress for this soon to be mom! I’m also very thankful and impressed they took the time to call while at the store to make sure they had the correct product to be delivered and kept me informed of delivery time and progress through the morning. It’s allowed me to plan my day from the start and not be sitting around all day wondering if someone would actually show during the designated window. Thank you both!

My delivery was great! Both Josh A and Andy V were very nice. I was concerned about my narrow staircase but they got my chair upstairs without a problem.
